I think the quality of the food is above average but the prices have jumped about 20% in the last year and the portions have dropped to about half the size so I don’t think it’s worth it. On the bright side, they have recently improved their drinks .
They have a suitable environment for people who want to hang out or have a small business meeting interview. One could even study , but don’t expect a perfect experience.
$45 plus tip for…. half-full mediocrity.
“Would you like a cup or a bowl of soup? You get more with a bowl.” they said.
True, but they only fill up the bowl halfway. And if you pour a cup of fountain drink into that empty bowl… it fills up the same amount of space. So I wonder how small the cup of soup is. And it comes with Half a sandwich…. that looks like a quarter cut of a bun. I mean, I’m no geometrist but I know what 15 min looks like on a clock.
And if you order the Whole italian sandwich, well I’m not sure how you bake your submarine loaf of bread to get a rounded half and a flat half, but maybe you just used the end and middle and saved the other third for someone else’s ‘half’ sandwich.
Oh, and also, we wanted the smallest grilled cheese with bacon added…. but they couldn’t upgrade the small $6 grilled cheese in their P.O.S. system. We had to order the $8.69 grilled cheese so their P.O.S. system could add bacon for $3.
And lastly, we ordered a hot chocolate. Apparently, a $4 hot chocolate comes in a 16oz cup and half of that cup is whipped cream that we didn’t ask for.
If you want to pay twice as much for half the food, then by all means, stop by and half a mediocre time.
The associates are attentive and helpful.
Their bakery items are about the only thing reasonably priced (not their cookies).
There’s only been a couple of circumstances where the item I wanted wasn’t available.
The biggest issue is having the employees CORRECTLY FOLLOWING instructions for mobile orders (like toasting a bagel or cooking allergy sensitive items in different ovens).
(personal gripe: While this review is based on anecdotal evidence. It’s frustrating when simple instructions are seemingly ignored. And it’s absolutely disgusting when I take a bite from my Cinnamon Crunch Bagel, and taste an Everything Bagel. Especially when I mark that there’s a sesame seed allergy. Once my sip club trial ends. I have absolutely no desire to ever visit this Panera again.)
