Eat here often, staff are professional and friendly, even genuinely happy to see you. Taryn & Sadie are two I often see working, and they both are two of the hardest working, people I’ve ever met. Their fries are cooked in peanut oil, and there’s no other side available so if you have a peanut allergy you’re out of luck. Burgers are huge and really good, but pricey. Great coffee shake. In the future I’d get a burger and shake to go and get a side of fries elsewhere.

Went in w my whole family- the service is exuberant and fun. The staff checked twice to see if our food was good (it was) and the music they play got us dancing (with the staff) on our way out. This will be one of our favorite places.

Went here with my friends a few months ago for lunch, and must say I’m willing to come back. The fries were my favorite part, you can get a cup of them with a ton of bag fries. Service is somewhat slow, but I definitely will be coming back.

Avoid avoid avoid, the staff is rude, the don’t refund you if they run out of the item you paid for, made us wait over 1.5hrs for our food, and they audibly tell their staff to prioritize DoorDash over in store customers. Horrible experience.

Been going to 5 guys for a few years, but first time at this location. Ordered my food for pick up, and showed up to grab it and had to wait well they made my fries and shake. Apparently that’s their normal practice for “fresher food” but seems kind of self defeating for a fast pick up. So I sat and waited, and watched about 4 people come in, order food, and walk about with no mask on. I guess this was more annoying because there is a sign on the front entry door saying they are required… doesn’t seem logical to hang a sign your not going to enforce. The burger and shake were good as always, a bit pricy but good. The store was clean and organized like everyone I have ever been in, and the employees were attentive and nice.

I came at night time and the on duty manager was amazing. One of the best managers I’ve seen at a five guys! He checked up that everything was up to standards and had amazing customer service skills. One of the best burgers I’ve had at a five guys in a while(I used to work at one so I have fairly high standards) and even the fries came out perfect. Wonderful crew with an amazing manager to lead
