First the positive. They have buy one get one free slices between 3pm and 5pm. They also offer a variety. Now. The cheese slices looked like they were sitting for a few hours. I asked. One employee stated, yeah they’ve been sitting for a while. Anything over 2 toppings were considered specialty pizza and were over $6 per slice. So besides the old cheese slices, they only provided 2 toppings on the rest. I got 3 slices and so 3 slices were free. That’s 6 slices of pizza for a little over 20 bucks. That’s crazy. I get a whole 18 inch cheese pizza (16 slices) from Pizza Stop, which is delicious BTW. And, the only reason I paid for it is because I ordered it. This was the last time tho. It doesn’t even taste like it came from Brooklyn or NYC for that matter.

I placed a pizza order through Joe’s website using the Slice platform. The site indicated the order would be ready in 25 minutes. After waiting over an hour with no update, I called the shop directly. I was told that drivers had come to pick up my order, but the restaurant never received it.
When I asked why no one contacted me, I was told they do not receive customer contact information through that platform, so calling me was not possible. If that is true, that is at least understandable. However, the situation worsened when the employee explained that this is a known issue and that orders frequently do not work through Slice. I asked why the platform is still linked on their website if it doesn’t function properly, and I was told that corporate headquarters is aware of the issue and has chosen not to address it.
Throughout this entire interaction, there was no apology, no ownership of the problem, and no attempt to make it right. The only response offered was to ask if I wanted to place a new order over the phone. To make matters worse, my credit card was still charged for the original order, meaning I now have to dispute the charge myself.
Joe’s makes solid pizza, but at these prices, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Good food does not excuse poor communication, lack of accountability, or indifference toward customers. I would not recommend this place. There are plenty of other restaurants that value their customers’ time and money.

The pizza is actually pretty good but has low value for the price. The service and communication is atrocious. They BAKE their chicken wings.. There is not even a fryer in the building. Pizza is never ready on time. The slices in the window look they’re from the previous day. It’s usually dirty in there and the workers show very little care. I don’t even know how they’re still in business honestly.

Good pizza but unbelievably priced. $5.17 plus tax for one regular slice of pepperoni. There are places in Brooklyn that have slices for less than that. Also I understand that the Mexican (ie imported) cokes have to cost more but $3.99? It seems clear to me that whoever owns this local company is only in it for the money, especially when combined with how rude and non-caring the employees are in both the Brighton and Perinton location

When you buy a whole pie i expected for them to make a fresh pizza. NO they’ll just put together there old slices that havent sold together and call it a pie. For $30 i expected better

Will never try this place again. Ordered pizza and it didn’t arrive. Called. Person said “not my problem.” As to why I didn’t get my pizza. Horrible customer service. That man should be fired. Will never come back and will definitely tell everyone I know to never ever go here.

This gotta be worst waste of $81 ever. Being a transplant from Buffalo and not finding any good pizza around here in 7 years I was excited when I was recommended Joes. I literally got a dry pie of crust ( Supposed be steak pizza). Whoever thought it’s a good idea to sell baked chicken wings with pizza should be fired. Garlic Romano baked wings in a no. (Looked white tasted worst). This is from the Brighton location. Not sure how they have 3 but it Rochester I guess.

Okay I was pretty skeptical at first. We ordered three pepperoni slices, one pepperoni Sicilian and a plain Sicilian and it came out to $27 and I was not happy with the price. However the pizza was pretty damn good so I changed my mind and decided it’s worth it! Also I didn’t have any issues with customer service as other reviewers noted, they seemed pretty friendly to me!
I grew up in Brooklyn but live in Binghamton now. I’ve been looking for a good Sicilian slice for years. I haven’t had one in a while so my memory might be off, but in my opinion this is legit and it hit the spot!!! Also the slices were HUGE. The picture is of the pepperoni Sicilian and even that was quite big but the cheese Sicilian was even bigger… It didn’t look that big through the glass so just keep that in mind! They’re gigantic!!!
Also I liked that the pepperoni sicilian wasn’t just a cheese slice with some pepperoni on top. Even the bites without pepperoni had some good pepperoni flavor. The cheese slice was really good too though. I tried a bite of the triangle slices and it was also delicious. Super-thin crust for triangles, super puffy for squares!!! As they should be!! If I didn’t live 2.5 hours away I would definitely come back all the time.

We were hankering for some New York style pizza, and Joe’s didn’t quite hit the spot. The crust is a but, um, floppy. Oh, the double-thick stuffed pizza *is * quite impressive — it is h e a v y ! It might to TOO heavy. LOL.

I would have liked this pizza place better if I was not charged over $20 for 3 slices of pizza. The pizza does not have the same taste as true Brooklyn pizza and was overcooked with individual slices sitting for much time before serving. I wish I could write a better review but this place was definitely not worth $20 bucks for 3 slices.
