Before anything, make sure to view their menu for the day before you go. It changes. Some days it will have the exact same food that the Cannon Center serves, and other days you will get treated to much nicer food. I had some super good egg rolls and shrimp.
If you have the BYU app, you can go to the dining button/tool to see a list of restaurants on campus, as well as their menus.

Absolutely frustrating! Tried to use some coupons today that I got as a christmas gift and drove from several cities away, BUT Legends Grille weren’t open during their said hours of 11am-2pm and 4pm-7pm on Google AND their own website.
Very disappointed in whoever was in charge of the restaurant hours.
Saw someone inside at 12:45pm for a moment but they weren’t paying attention. Tried calling the Byu info and got rerouted a couple times to custodial and security to see if there is anyway, it could be opened or have a resolution to this situation. Went and tried again at 4pm with no one in sight. This wasted a whole DAY trying TWICE to redeem 4 coupons before going out of town AND the end of the year. Hopefully, this can be fixed by the restaurant 4 coupons worth.

My overall experience there was good! I like the white fish, brown rice and roasted veggies!

Worst place I’ve eaten in my life. Got their steak and salmon and was excited about both due to their appearance but neither tasted like meat. It had the flavor of being cooked in water in the microwave for an hour. I had to leave to visit the bathroom which is tucked away in one of the other buildings then only returned for the fruit that didn’t taste like pineapple sitting in a can for a week. This was the first time in my life I had to give up on a meal despite being hungry. Next time, I’ll just eat my post workout at home.

There’s usually a variety of options especially meat but some of the food is sub-par. The rice is often crunchy and undercooked. Fish is usually decent. Vegetables are hit or miss. Overall you have to catch legends on the right day. The salad bar, soda machine, and cookies are the best part.

One of the best places to get a meal on campus. It is located in the Student Athlete Building but is open to all. At the time of this review, for 8 dollars you could get an entree (such as salmon, shrimp fajitas or lamp chops), two HUGE sides, a dessert and a drink. The food is good, not quite fancy restaurant quality but definitely a step above most quick service. The workers are all really friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a good meal!

My only complaint is that I didn’t know about this place sooner! $10.50 is definitely worth the lunch buffet which has lots of great options like steak, shrimp, and Cordon Bleu . When I went around 1 PM, they had the breakfast still available as well!

I liked it more before they changed it. It really was a grille but now it’s more like a cafeteria that mostly serves BYU athletes. They eat for free and for everyone else it’s kinda pricey for what you get. I like the head chef Wayne though, he’s a good cook and a nice guy.

Super friendly staff, great options! You can Google Legends Grille and see their menu online, and call in too, to see what they’re serving that day. It’s all you can eat, so take advantage of that BYU chocolate milk!
