Doors locked. Drive through only. Fries were crusty and had pieces of god knows what on them, and they screwed up my order so I had to wait in a long drive through line to get it corrected. Not letting anyone inside id crazy work. So much for having it my way BK.

Costumer service totally sucks. Drive thru cashier acted as if I were disturbing her at her home. It is a sad day when McDonald’s offers better customer service. If this is the best that this Burger King has to offer, then shutter the doors like many other Burger Kings have already done. Take time and actually hire people who want to work!!!

I stopped in at 10:00 this morning to get breakfast. I ordered the double sausage croissant meal add tomato with coffee cream and sugar. The cashier said we don’t have coffee. I said okay just the sandwich with add tomato. I think the preparer was worried the tomato would come out of their pocket. WTH!!!

I got to the drive thru about 1:15 to be served with attitude. Ordered a Big fish combo with no pickles and a sweet tea that tasted like the bags busted while making the tea. I unwrapped my sandwich, but my fish looked like the manager had beat it up with her attitude. The manager was an African American female with her hair pulled up into a ponytail. I’ve could’ve stayed home, but since I’m a diabetic I had to eat to take insulin. She tried to argue with about I refuse to take back to my car. So I left it right there on the counter. I paid 22 dollars for BAD attitude. Thank you

Wasn’t crowded or even busy, but they still got the order wrong. Didn’t seem to have the individual employees doing one job. Went thru drive thru, but appeared to be under staffed or one person doing multiple jobs.
After getting order straight we of course had to repay for correction and although there was no one else in line, were instructed to pull forward to the front door and wait for our order.
Brought out and handed to us without a simple sorry for the mix up.
Very disappointed as I really enjoy Burger King, usually.

This place does not have the best service but thats okay I go there for the food being vegetarian I am very limited to eating out so the Impossible burger is the perfect option for me it is 100% plant based no meat if you have a problem with it being cooked on the same grill as the rest of the meat you can request a non broiler option so it will be cooked in the microwave it may also be made vegan just order without mayo if your ordering a whopper or just order the impossible hamburger or impossible cheeseburger that comes with mustard,ketchup and pickles only no cheese on a hamburger the difference with the the whopper is its a bigger patty and comes with mayo,lettuce,tomato,onions,pickles, and ketchup you can also get a impossible whopper jr. for your kids depending on where you live each burger is about $1.79 more above its regular beef patty competitor and any burger can be made into a combo they are very delicious and will even have a meat eater fooled i go here every time when eating out highly recommended
