So, the chick with the glasses, that runs drive thru, she sucks with customer service. She handed my food out of the drive-thru window with out saying thank you afterwards. She forgot to give me my kids meal and when I tried to get her attention she turns to the drive-thru window looks at me and ignores me. I do not recommend going through drive-thru in the evening time. And if she’s a manager I would recommend a new one.

It seems like after 9pm it takes forever to get your order. I ride with my sister when she does her DoorDash. It takes anywhere from 15-45 minutes to get our pickup order. My personal opinion is that the burgers taste like they were cooked in kerosene. Not in my list of favorites

Just went through the drive through, wanted the new spooky meal. We asked for TWO of the mozzarella sticks, the lady they had at the speaker was illiterate and didn’t understand anything we were saying. The lady at the speaker was ALSO slurring most of her words. We got up to the window and I looked in the bag to only see ONE order of mozzarella sticks after we asked for two multiple times. When the lady was standing there I said “you only gave us one order of mozzarella sticks” she rudely replied and said “yeah that’s because you only ordered one” and looked at us like we were stupid. Very disappointed, get some better workers and management!

Very displeased with the service from this Burger King location. I work outside and have been in the heat all day so, I requested my drink to not have ice and the worker repeated back that I wanted no ice. There is ice in my cup. I mentioned that I didn’t want onions on the sandwich I ordered and there are onions on my sandwich. The fries that I received are lukewarm at best and definitely have no salt on them. Might as well be eating cardboard. If petty lawsuits were a thing I’d sue for the inconvenience this caused me. To say the least, just eat somewhere else.

My experience at this Burger King location was anything less than pleasant.
I was picking up a mobile order for my family. They in total forgot 2 sandwiches and 2 ice cream cones.
No big deal. I go inside with my bag and receipt and wait at the counter. One girl walks in from outside, walks directly in front of me, passing and ignoring me at first. She speaks to another employee and finally greets me. I proceeded to show her my reciept, explain that I was missing a whopper, and 2 ice cream cones.
She calls to the back for someone to make a new whopper.
I do not hear the entire conversation as it took place on a headset, however the girl who had helped me, did say “She doesn’t seem like she’d be lying”, to immediately assume this is a bit dramatic but I’ve worked in fast food before, maybe they had a hard night, so I stand and wait.
We get the whopper, still no cones, at this point my dad has come inside as well, and we have to flag down another employee for those.
We go back to our car and take off, as I am checking our bag one more time, I realized we are also missing a chicken sandwich. We turn around, go back, and my dad goes inside, again, with bag and reciept in hand. He talks to a lady who presents herself as the manager on shift. He explains that we were just inside to retrieve missing items, and didnt realize this was also missing. He, again, offers her the bag to look in, she proceeds to snatch the receipt from his hand and go to the back. She comes back and proceeds to tell my father “I will make it this one time but you were already in here and recieved this food.”
I would like to reiterate that both times the bag was brought in, with the receipt, to show what was inside. At no point were we rude or impatient, and stayed very respectful and transparent with the workers.
My dad, understandably, is irritated by this accusation, denies the remade sandwich, then asks for his money back, to which the manager lady says she will not do that and we would have to take it up with the general manager the next day.
To say I am disappointed is an understatement. It is one thing to forget food and make a mistake, it is another to take that frustration out on the customer. I am not upset over a snadwich, I feel it is in no employee training to accuse your customers of being liars and/or theives. I have never left a fast food restaurant feeling more embarrassed and upset in my life. To be humiliated in a lobby of strangers, by fast food employees no less.
To the general manager or any other supervisors, please coach your shift leads, and employees how to approach these situations in a better manner, and how to properly assess orders before hustling them out the window to save their drive-thru times.

Overall, Burger King in Peru is like any other fast food joint, a nice occasional meal that is neither good nor bad. I’ve always had here ish there ish experiences at Burger King. Sometimes the food‘s really good and sometimes it’s meh. That being said it’s nice to have a whopper every now and again. They also do the funny, random Collabs that make the whoppers look hilarious. I got this purple whopper, not too long ago and it was ok.
