Just had to grab a few of these Pizza Puffs while I was around the area. Absolutely wonderful cashier but not a self-serve option on the Pizza Portal. I found it here highly unusual that I wasn’t sent an email with the three digit code. Puffs were baked up nicely and kept warm though. The pick-up and delivery process for gig workers is also super smooth here.

Service is slow. They messed up my take-out order twice and when I came back to pick it up acted like I didn’t order or pay for anything until I showed a receipt. Called to place an order at 256pm was told 25 to 30 minutes. I get there at 30 minutes and was told its not ready have to wait 2-5 more minutes and pull up and park. The kid at the window said he’d bring it out to me but never came out after waiting 20 more minutes. Pulled back around there was a car sitting there waiting for their food and wouldn’t leave for another 15 minutes. Didn’t get the food til 4pm over an hour after calling it in. No apology for being lied to either. My order was small too. I’ll never be back to Dyersburg location

So. First off, anyone who has never worked in an environment like this probably won’t agree. But I would like to thank Gabe and the coworker (sorry I didn’t get your name too) who brought my pizzas out. The store had a system malfunction and didn’t get my complete order. I am not complaining about the wait when it wasn’t the store’s fault. But Gabe had let me know what happened and told me he would bring my order out to me. Well, they told Gabe it was time for him to go home. But instead of telling me that he was off the clock and just leaving, he actually went back in to see how much longer it would take! To see a younger person do this… I hope that my kids are like him at that age! His parents should definitely be proud! I know I am!

I have enjoyed this place as long as it has been open . I like the pizza and like the price. I even like the Hawaiian pizza they have on the menu. I ordered one today and took it home expecting the same pizza I always get. I opened the box and it looked great. My daughter got a slice first and began to eat. She told me that the pineapple that was on there was rotten. She said it was like tasting sweet tea that had gone bad. I said maybe your taste is off today, but no I was sadly mistaken. It was rotten. I am disappointed in this service. I have been a long time customer. I have noticed the staff is different almost every time I come there. That should have been my red flag before this. If the staff can’t hang around that long Maybe something is going on. My stomach feels queesy as I write this. I hope nothing comes of it. I don’t think I will be back at this branch any time soon.

We unfortunately are going to stop visiting this place the young lady was so rude she could care less about manners. It took 40 minutes to get a Hawaiian pizza. It had very little pineapple or Ham I told her that we would pay for more of each and she complained about it. At one time this was the go to place not anymore. I would rather pay more money and not have to put up with the rude staff. Plus I can get one made just as quick or quicker. By By Little Caesar’s in Dyersburg, TN.
