My 1st time trying. Don’t bother if you enjoy GOOD PIZZA. Service and atmosphere is great, but HONESTLY this pizza just doesn’t taste good and sauce smells odd . The pizza sauce is gross, ruined entire pizza, especially since I always ask for Xtra sauce on my pizza wherever go! Idk if it’s low quality canned tomatoes paste with canned crushed tomatoes or what, but its FAR from a ‘traditional taste of Italy’ type. U get more of an Authentic taste elsewhere for sure. Waste of $25 cause I’m DEF not eating this.

We’ve been wanting to try Paisano’s for awhile now because of how generous the company was during the recent government shutdown. They held several events giving away free food to military families in northern Virginia. We finally ordered for the first time today because of a great promo code we saw. This pizza was absolutely delicious! Perfectly proportioned toppings, double cut like requested, delicious, and affordable. We’ll definitely be back!

Based apon the advice of someone here, ordered it online, all entrees “well done”, with a pickup time 90 minutes out (1:45) to which they said it would be ready between 1:45-1:55. Poked around central park, checked out the TJMAXX. Arrived around 1:30, I should have went to the counter and inquired about my 1:45 order, but they had a line and we just sat down. Around 1:40 I got up and let them know I was here, to which they mentioned it was already done. When looking over the receipts, it looks like they started preparing my order around 1:05. This is one of my pet peeves, why even bother asking when I want to pick it up if its going to be ready whenever you want … I’m guessing it was ready around 1:25. Got the steak and cheese (4/5), veggie sub (4/5), pineapple 1/2 bacon 1/2 jalapenos (5/5) and a pepperoni 1/2 green pepper 1/2 black olive (havent tried it yet). I was expecting the crust to be a bit thicker, but I am totally pleased with what I got. The table beside me ordered the thin, and it was really really cracker thin. pineapple pizza had an ample amount of toppings and was cooked just right (well done). Veggie sub was good, too much mayo or whatever the sauce was and virtually no lettuce.

Placed an order at the counter and had to wait 25 minutes for my order just to be handed cold food. Then the lady at the counter gave me an insane amount attitude when I opened the bag and checked the fries before I left cause I saw them set them on a counter for 20 minutes. They wouldn’t have been cold if she stopped folding boxes for a minute to hand me my order.
When I complained she tried to take the fries she had already handed me, that I had touched to feel the temperature on, and throw them back in the fryer instead of remaking the fries. That’s extremely unsanitary.

Tried this place out, and overall, it was pretty average. Nothing really stood out, but it wasn’t bad either. The vibe was just okay, nothing particularly special about the atmosphere.
Service was also just alright—not bad, but not anything to rave about either. We ordered the cheese pizza, meat lovers pizza, and BBQ wings, so we got a good mix of items to try. The food itself was hit or miss—not terrible, but nothing that made me want to come back right away.
Portions were decent, but for the price, I expected a little more. The value for what you get feels slightly overpriced compared to other spots that serve similar food.
Would I go back? Probably not—there are other places I’d try first. But if you’re nearby and just need a quick bite, it’s an option.

I would recommend ordering online and pick up at the store. Food was salty. Their pizza is NYC style but not that great compared to the original. I think their dough could have been softer. Fettuccine was great as long as you add more salt to it. It comes with garlic bread.
