Unacceptable service and quality. I ordered delivery last night (my driver was “Carl”) and the food arrived 30+ minutes late and inedible—the lava cakes were smashed against the box and the pizzas were crushed/toppings were everywhere. Mistakes happen, but the customer service here is non-existent. I called the store 10+ times immediately after delivery and got no answer. I tried calling again this morning during business hours and the phone is still just ringing on a loop. No one at this location will pick up the phone to issue a refund, so I’ll likely have to dispute the charge with my bank. I will never be ordering from this location again.

I stopped by Domino’s Pizza today and ordered three large pizzas for a school event. Unfortunately, all of the pizzas were overcooked. When I mentioned this to the employee who served me, he insisted they were not overcooked and said they were not “well done.”
I asked to speak with the manager, and he told me that he was the manager. I explained again that the pizzas were clearly overcooked, but he refused to acknowledge the issue. He said the students would like the pizza the way it was and told me there was nothing he could do.
I was disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service. This experience was frustrating and not what I expect from Domino’s.

I placed an order for two pizzas from this Domino’s location. When the pizzas arrived, They have either been dropped or carried in properly, and the majority of the toppings had slid to one corner and sauce and grease were dripping out of both boxes. I called the location to try and speak to someone and I was on hold for 35 minutes before someone picked up. I was told that their phone system is very slow. When I explained that I did not want to pay for the pizzas since they were inedible as the crust was falling apart and soggy since all the liquids had run under the pizza, it was falling apart. I was informed the only way to get a credit was to bring the pizzas into the store so they could verify. I told them that defeated the purpose of ordering delivery if I now had to drive and the manager who I was speaking to after 40 minutes of waiting hung up on me. I would not order from this Domino’s and avoid it like the plague. There’s a lot better pizza in the Fuquay region and I’m sure a lot better customer service as well.

I’ve ordered delivery two separate times and both times my order got canceled, could not get ahold of them and then I didn’t get a refund.
Second time around I went to the N. Main St location in Holly Springs (accidentally) to see if they could help since I couldn’t get through to anyone on the phone. And Billy was an absolute pleasure and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. 10/10 Billy at the Holly Springs location.

Ordered pizza online, immediately called the store to make a change. Was on the phone over an hour and 20 min. Took screenshots. Not once could they answer the phone. I understand they are busy, but I wouldn’t waste my time with this place ever again. Definitely would rather spend my money somewhere else.

We ordered a Pacific Veggie pizza and were really disappointed with the quality and service. The pizza had maybe two pieces of spinach, barely any mushrooms and was overloaded with cheese and olives. We asked that olives be placed on one side so that was the only thing they did get right.
I called the store to see if we could get it fixed, but was on hold for over 35 minutes before finally giving up. Really frustrating experience, especially since we usually enjoy Domino’s. Hoping this location can do better with quality control and customer service.

I definitely would not leave any stars but google says I do. I have been ordering the same on line orders saved on my app. I ordered today and after I got my pizza home I opened it up and the entire order was wrong on both pizzas. The only thing correct about the pizza was the cheese and shape. Spend 45 min on hold on the phone and still didn’t talk to anyone. Rediculose!!

A few years ago I placed orders with Double Toppings, but the pizzas never seemed to have many toppings so I stopped ordering. Tried again in 2023 and I’ve gotten some absolutely amazing pizzas. Tons of toppings + fresh + fast + hot. I think the trick is to order ~3PM on a Tuesday when they’re bored. I never take images of food but these were exciting! So Good!
