My dad and I met halfway between chicago and Wisconsin to catch up and visit. My dad orders his flat whites and extra hot. The store was busy and my dad’s drink was not quite as hot as he wanted and didn’t want to feel rude, so I asked if they could heat it up for him. The barista was a kind young man who answered this query with “absolutely we can heat it up.” I went to hand him the drink but he was already making it and even brought it to my dad. This seems minor but kindness and consideration are so good rare and we appreciated it so much. Keep up the good work!

The drink I ordered was not mixed at all. The syrup was sitting on the bottom of the cup in a thick gooey layer and the milk was not mixed in. I’m not sure how you can look at a drink that clearly has layers of different ingredients sitting on top of one another and think it would be acceptable to serve.

I’ve never seen a more poorly run Starbucks. The staff here is so comically unprofessional. Be prepared to wait in the drive-thru for an obscene amount of time.

One of the WORST customer service I have experienced. The cashier “Ryan” didn’t greet me at all. He act like he didn’t want to be bothered. He seem very Snotty. If you don’t want to be there, there’s other people with better attitudes who deserve the job. He looked at me like “Why are you here?” Like i couldn’t afford to spend my money there. He gave me a dead stare that says it all. Very “Discriminatiing”. Ryan didn’t even thank me for their business. I will NOT be going to this location again. The other people I used to know that work in the morning have better attitudes than this guy. I know they are short on people, but hire quality people who don’t treat customers like second class citizens.

I’ve been trying not to write this review for about a year now, but unfortunately it’s time. I don’t think I’ve ever had a drink from this location that’s accurate. Really, not once. It’s either the wrong order or it’s just slightly flavored milk.

Obviously, there are more important things to be concerned with than this particular Starbucks not being open as advertised or typically waiting 25 minutes on average from ordering to getting a coffee using the drive-through. However, after the fourth time in a row, I needed to let Starbucks management know (via this review) at least have the courtesy to post a sign when you will be open. There’s not much to add about the slow service other than it is now worth the trip to Mariano’s or Target for my Starbucks fix.

Starbucks has always set the service bar pretty high IMO. Staff are almost always friendly and cheerful. This is one of three neighborhood Starbucks that I frequent and is usually very busy. Normally I use the drive through but I was in a hurry so I decided to go inside to place my order. I wasn’t disappointed. I was greeted immediately by very friendly staff. They quickly took my order. I asked about bagged coffee choices and they explained what they had for sale. After I made my selection I was asked how I would like it ground. A short conversation later about my preferences and my coffee was ground perfectly. A very positive experience. Honestly everyone in there was amazing. I’ve seen service suffering at many restaurants over the last year. Most of the time staff at other establishments just don’t seem to care. There’s no malice, there’s just indifference. Not the case here. The staff at this Starbucks really left me with a positive impression of Starbucks and this store in particular. Kudos.
