Me and my husband just moved to the area. We used to go to the one in Boardman and we loved it. After we moved to Strongsville we had to try one here and it didn’t disappoint! Food was amazing! Such fast service and our waiter Michael was super nice! One of our favorite places! Will be coming back!

Delicious food and you wouldn’t know you’re eating healthy! My favorite is pitzas (pita bread based pizza) I especially enjoy the curry chicken pitza. My only wish is that pitza oven wasn’t broke so often. But if it is have the chicken curry wrap. Same but just prepared as a wrap- can’t go wrong with either. Wait till you see the enormous cakes. Make sure you leave room for dessert.

I ordered Jasmine’s Favorite Beef Shawarma. When first opening my order I was shocked at how little meat was in this dish. I weighed the meat portion and it only came out to 2.7 ounces of meat for 16.95. Just disappointed and won’t be coming back.

I’m not saying that Aladdin’s is perfect. Every restaurant has room for improvement, but I respect their willingness to ensure that the customer is satisfied. I had a previous order that was incorrect, a mess, BUT this was the first time it has happened in the years I have been eating at the restaurant. I was disappointed and informed them via the online email I received.
They went above and beyond to let me know they “heard” my complaints, even called me to apologize. WoW! I’m BIG on Customer Service and was so impressed and pleased.
I ordered again today and everything was exactly the way I requested. Exact! One mistake will not have me bash them on the Internet. Instead, I say give them a first, second, third chance. It’s honestly worth it. The food is so good and there are an abundance of options. I’m still working my way through the entire menu. I keep forgetting dessert.
P.S. The presentation on the carryout is amazing.

Ordered Vegetarian combo and Chicken shawarma for carryout. The Hummus, Baba Gannouj and Falafel in the combo were fresh and too good. Chicken shawarma was good but would have loved it if it had mayonnaise in it.
