Best Jersey Mikes in the Burlington area. Food is always good and they actually load your sandwiches up with protein! The one at University Drive could NEVA. Also DO NOT SLEEP on the sub in the tub if you are looking for a healthier option thats my recent go to order #9 sub in a tub add banana peppers and cherry pepper relish mikes way. If you want a hot sub and enjoy mushrooms THE BIG KAHUNA cheesesteak is that GIRL. Slaps everytime. Yall go check them out

I eat from a Jersey Mike’s at least once a week. The location on S. Church St. here in Burlington is less than a half mile from my house. I went in there and got a number 13 original tonight like I Almost always do. And I looked at the line of subs and they all looked like they were lacking on meat. I said something and they looked at me like I was a jerk so I just got my sub and left.
The side picture of the sub doesn’t look bad, but the end picture shows how little meat had had in it.

i usually don’t write reviews, but i’m very disappointed. i placed a mobile order for 2 pm pick up and arrived at 2:20. the lady working would not let me walk up to the pick up station and asked what my name was, i told her and she proceeded to tell me it wasn’t ready yet. so i sat for almost 30 minutes, watching the 4+ people in there do nothing and there was only one other customer in the shop. after waiting that 30 minutes the same lady says “who are you picking up for?” and i tell her. she then brings me my bag of food. that was sitting there ready. for almost an hour.

I want to express my sincere thanks to the employee working at the cash register on Sunday, October 5th. I had placed a fairly large order and didn’t realize a sandwich was missing. Just as I was about to drive away, I heard a knock on my windshield. I turned around—and there he was, holding the sandwich I had forgotten to collect. That small act of kindness truly made my day. To the owner who responded, The price isn’t the problem. It’s the raggedy prep of the sub in the Very Clear PHOTO I posted from your shop on S. Church St in Burlington NC that is the problem.
ACCOUNTABILITY makes Good Business, NOT diversion. Just Saying.. Subs are still good though

My Wife and I have eat here many times over the years but not lately. Food has been good for the most part but service has gone downhill. Our two previous take-out orders were wrong so we started going to Firehouse for about six months.
Decided today we would give them another try. Philly steak and cheese. Got home and no onions or green peppers on either. How hard can it be to make a sub with just four items?
I’m done with this location and maybe Jersey Mike’s all together.

Visited this location around 12:45pm on a Monday. Waited in line for 10 minutes behind about 5 customers, no more people in line behind me, with about 4 people sitting eating in the lobby. I tried to order the Chipotle Cheesesteak, something I’d been wanting since I saw a recent commercial. I was abruptly told that they’re “not doing hot subs right now.” No further information. I worked in food service for almost 20 years, so I didn’t give the guy a hard time or argue, I just said okay and left. I hear him saying something about how “people don’t understand” as I’m leaving. No, I don’t understand how you’re just not serving half your menu right now. If it’s a machine issue, put up a sign or something. You weren’t too busy to send someone to work the grill, I was the last person in line and you had 4 people up front. These hot off the grill cheesesteaks are something you ADVERTISE, and you’re telling there’s a chance I could get in my car, drive to your store, attempt to give you money and you just might not be selling them right now? Absolutely ridiculous. If you want someone to understand, at least offer me a reason. Just seems to me like nobody felt like making one for me so they just basically denied me access to half of your menu. Will not be going back any time soon.
