So if I were to judge this for what it is – a fast-food sub – I’d say it was great. It was delicious and filling to a point. But if I were to judge this as a Philly Cheesesteak, I can’t say it met my expectations. Sloppy, stuffed, and savoury was what I hoped for but instead got neat with safe flavours… It was more of an upgraded Subway sandwich than the Phillies I’ve seen on food shows. So while it was a good sandwich on its own, I’ll find what I’m looking for outside.
As for location… it’s a food court, you know what to expect. Good price + long line but not much wait-time between paying and receiving.

If I could give this location a 1/2 of a star or 0 stars I definitely would. I was outright surprised and upset with my experience at this location. The service was substandard and completely disappointing. I made a mobile order and was told that my order would be ready within 5-10 minutes. Once notified that my order was ready, I began to head to the location in order to pick up my food, I made it to the location about 5-7 minutes after I was notified that my food was ready meaning that I was late. With that being said, I was expecting my food to be done and I could grab it and go. Was this the case? Not at all. I waited an extra 35 minutes for my food. I asked about my food twice and when being responded to the workers had snarky attitudes. I understand that it is Black Friday, but the service should never suffer and if it does suffer then it should arguably not be provided. I received my food after it was quite noticeable that I was visibly agitated. Once I received my food after an additional 35 minutes of waiting, it was disgusting. I was very bothered being that this was an insane inconvenience, I payed for my food, waited forever, and then once I got it, it was nasty? Can’t be serious. My wings tasted burnt, my fries were soggy, and my lemonade was bitter. Please fix this. This was the one near Popeyes in the food court of the Sawgrass Mills Mall. Absolutely absurd!!!

Editing to one star.
The 602 number for the business is INCORRECT and goes to this poor guy who sounds so fed up.

No customer service. Placed an order for a meal and did not receive the full order. I’ll be placing a chargeback with my card unless someone reaches out to get this corrected.

I arrived at this restaurant only to find out it opens in half an hour. As I approached, a staff member rudely gestured to indicate that the place was closed, without any smile or courtesy. The behavior was extremely impolite, and based on this experience, I doubt I’ll return to a place where the staff are so unwelcoming.

Additionally, we got in line at 11:00 AM, only to be told that they couldn’t serve French fries. If this requires preparation, they had plenty of time to do so before opening. Why aren’t they prepared by 11:00 AM? We were also supposed to receive an email with the menu, which we never got, leading to further inconvenience. This experience has been very disappointing.

I just had the loaded fries, don’t even bother.

It is also falsely advertised, I should have gone for the lo mein across the court. The served portion is quite off in comparison to the photo on the showcased menu.

The fries were not cooked the right way for the loaded dish and the top only application of melted cheese doesn’t cover enough of the fries. The recipe should be reviewed.

I was talking with my cousin waiting for service. When the cashier arrived to the cash register, she did not let us know. So she started talking bad about me in Spanish not knowing I speak it fluently. She called me “ciega” which means blind, but in Spanish it is used to offend or talk badly about someone.

There was also a woman with piercings that was coughing a lot onto her hands, she sounds very sick. During that time there was a woman washing her face with face wash and rinsing it in the kitchen sink.

How is it possible to have a 1.8 rating on google reviews? I just tried ordering on postmates and it was immediately cancelled. I was going to call directly and see what’s going on but after reading these reviews I have changed my mind. If you can’t accept orders from Postmates then get off of the site.
