Service was horrible. I ordered on the app. They received my order at 8:19 pm. I first sat in a long drive thru line and get to the window and was asked to pull to the side and was never told how long the wait was going to be. So I assumed it wouldn’t be long. It actually took over 30 minutes.After 20 minutes I called the store and they said it takes about 20 minutes to cook the chicken and I had about four minutes to wait. Which I informed him that I was never told how long the wait will be because if I had known I would have canceled my order. I finally received my order at 8:55pm and was told that they had threw in 2 extra biscuits for the wait. I got which is no more than 10 minutes away and the chicken was cold and the fries were greasy and limp. Never will I ever eat there again.

Ordered two meals. Picked them up and drove across town to get home after a long and tiring day. Open the bag and there is only one meal in the bag. So we had to split one meal between two people. How hard it is to check a bag before you give it to a customer. We were in the drive through so I’m not going all the way across town to pick get what we are missing. God I hope the open the other location soon as this one is just incompetent.

This is a good, fast food chicken restaurant. Stopped by for lunch and used to app to order. The service was fast and the order was accurate. The wings were good and seemed fresh and not like they had been sitting under a heat lamp. The service was relatively good. I would go back.

I’ve been to this Popeyes location twice in the past couple of weekends, and both times the experience was disappointing. The attitudes from the workers are terrible, and I felt rushed while placing my order at the window. The customer service overall is extremely poor, and it really takes away from the visit. I hope management addresses these issues because the food deserves better service behind it.

WE LOVE POPEYES!!!! Everytime we go to Jonesboro, we HAVE to eat Popeyes! It doesn’t matter how many great Restaurants Jonesboro has, we grew up eating Popeyes. We moved and we don’t have one! The nearest one is over 40 miles away! We will never move anywhere again unless there is a Popeyes, for real, no joke!!! Don’t know what ya got til it’s gone!

We are not from the area and decided to order through the app for a quick lunch. Upon getting on the highway back to our destination we noticed our ENTIRE order was wrong/missing. I was told the only option we had was to return to the store for a refund/replacement (which isn’t an option as I stated we are not from the area.) horrible customer service and policy on Popeyes part. $30 wasted.
