Subpar at best. I ordered a double roast , beef and literally got two slices of beef on my sandwich as well as only a half full curly fry. That’s essentially stealing from your customers.There’s no way someone just accidentally put two slices of beef on a sandwich.. Pathetic and ridiculous

Placed an order online. Had to wait a little bit which is fine. Asked for Arby sauce and the guy says we are out. This is the one reason I order from them. Roast beef without arby sauce is pointless. The time was 4pm not closing on a Saturday. Definitely won’t be back to this location

Food thrown together, horrible mess when you open the wrapper, they barely get the cheese on the beef and cheddar as you can see by all of the cheese that I wiped off the paper. Add to that you order crinkle cut fries and they type in curly fries. All in all very dissatisfied with this store and the quality of the food they produce. Friendly staff does not compensate for bad food. Friendly staff does not compensate for getting the order wrong. You wonder if they’ve been trained at all.

Went through drive thru and ordered French dip and fruit punch. My sandwich was hard like it had been made the day before and the meat was dry but Luke warm they forgot my aus. Had to go back to get aus but had to wait in a long line inside the store. It was not a good day because the aus was practically water. I did not eat my sandwich at all. $9 for a sandwich and drink down the drain. I hope it’s better for the next customer because my experience was not the best.

William was my server at counter for dine in meal. Most friendly and upbeat employee I’ve met anywhere recently! Promptly took order and food was ready before I got back from washing my hands. Hot and delicious food! Glad to see it, most food service is rough nowadays.

Tired of the gentlemans attitude that works the window and or takes orders. So unpleasant to deal with and very unhappy with his job. Won’t be returning until he is replaced. Terrible customer service the past three times from this same location. This was 7/19 a 8:04 pm. Drove to the Arby’s on Niles Blvd on the other side of Fairfield were the staff actually acts professional.
