This was our first visit. I ordered online for pick up at 5:45pm. Went up to the window at that time if not a few minutes after. My order wasn’t ready and it seemed to be behind about 4 or 5 others. I was told it would be a few minutes and I’d get a text once ready. I waited in my car. I noticed lots of people kept coming up, most seemed very aggravated. After waiting 30 minutes (arrived before the est. Time) I left went to Kroger, grabbed a couple of things we needed and came back. Still waiting on my text. People that were there since I was there were still waiting. I heard names getting called but I couldn’t hear since I was in the car. I got out and someone informed me that they had called some names, mine was one that was apparently called… but I had to wait to get it after that. I got my order around 6:20 – 6:25. I got my ready text at 6:40. I wasn’t upset. I understand things happen. I just wish the communication was there for the delay. I felt the staff were getting mad at others by the way their body language was viewed from my car. The food wasn’t anything spectacular if you ask us.

I absolutely love Mac a tude. Their food is a tad pricey but absolutely worth it. I’ve been getting food and drinks from here with my grandmother for a few months now and their Buffalo chicken Mac n cheese is delicious. I also really enjoy their Baja Dragon, I like how you can add caffeine and sparkles to pretty much any drink, 10/10 would recommend!!

To be blunt, my taste buds have been effectively evicted from my body; I’m currently filing a missing persons report for my palate.
It is rare to see a kitchen flip a simple comfort dish on its head so successfully, elevating a humble classic into a genuine gourmet masterpiece. I went in expecting a meal and left having had a spiritual awakening involving cheese sauce and spice. The food was an absolute triumph, and the service was so fast I barely had time to prepare myself for the excellence that followed. This is, without question, the new gold standard.”

Best Buffalo Chicken Dip I’ve had in a long time and the owners are always so nice and polite! Entrees are big and will feed you 2-3 times so you are definitely getting your money’s worth!

This truck used to be the best and the last 3 times I’ve ordered it has been wrong. Tonight I ordered and picked it up i was handed a black bowl that wasn’t even half full, I asked for a bag to put my order in but instead I was handed the bowl and a fork i paid 14.82 for something that wasn’t even a full portion. They also added an automatic tip to my order wrong…. and I will never order from here again ive said in the past well ill give one more try this definitely will be the last.

Food was okay, for Mac and cheese place the Mac and cheese was so mid. The tea was great and the lady working was so nice. This was our second time here but first time trying it since the man that was there last time was extremely rude to us.
I think it’s a bit pricey for what we got but it wasn’t bad food, just very underwhelming for what you pay for.

Everytime I’ve eaten here I’ve been impressed, the menu is diverse for a Mac and cheese place, the drinks are fun and very customizable, and no matter what’s going on in Richmond they’re usually the star of the show.
