“We visited Rio Grande Churrasqueria today and everything was excellent. Karla, our waitress, was amazing — very attentive, helpful, and efficient. The food was outstanding as always, everything cooked perfectly and full of flavor.
Just one small observation for the manager or owner: it would be great to provide a bit more training to some of the servers who bring the meat. Not all of them, but about half responded a little rudely when asked simple questions about the cuts. Other than that, everything was fantastic

Nice place.. I have been to several Brazilian Steakhouses i. My past and this i e was okay. The salad/hot bar was not as extensive as I am accustomed to but, I believe they had their local favorites which I can respect. Overall it was good and service was nice. Simply based on my preference for sides on the bar, I won’t return. If you are in the Miami area and looking for dinner at a good local Steakhouse buffet. Give this place a try.

This was a good experience. The quality of the food was excellent and everything tasted delicious. The only observation was that I had to ask the server to bring out the best cuts of meats they promised on the menu because they seemed to be delaying those. But when they did, the meat was incredible. We loved it. Will definitely go back and hope they bring out the good stuff quickly 🙂

Honestly, I was expecting more from this place. Parking was not a problem since there’s a large lot available, and the decoration and presentation inside are nice. The concept of offering different cuts of meat caught our attention, so we decided to give it a try.
Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The food itself could have been better, but the real issue was the long wait times between each cut of meat. At the beginning, they explained there would be 14 different cuts, which sounded great. But after the 4th cut, time kept passing and no one came by with the next options. That’s very frustrating, especially when you’re sitting at the table just waiting for the service you were promised.
We eventually had to ask what was happening. For the price this place charges, you expect efficiency and quality. Instead, we ended up leaving before trying all 14 cuts—by then, we had lost the appetite and patience to continue.
On top of that, the bill was disappointing. Besides the 18% automatic tip and the standard 7% tax, they added an extra 1% “tourist tax.” This was the first time I’ve seen this added at a restaurant, and it felt insulting considering the lackluster food and service. Later I researched and found that Miami-Dade does apply a 1% tax to certain establishments, but honestly, it just added to the frustration of an already disappointing experience.
Overall, it felt like a waste of money. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

A pleasant, clean restaurant with polite staff who care about customer service. Since most of my posts are about good food, this restaurant really surprised me. The prices are great! And on some days, there’s live music. Congratulations to everyone at Churrascaria Rio Grande!

Went for a special occasion and wanted to try a new place. Amazing food! Had a great sized buffet selection, not too large. Not too small. Atmosphere was gorgeous. Plenty of fun selfie worthy backdrops. Music isn’t too loud that you have to yell across the table to be heard. Servers are super helpful and attentive. It is pricey. Wouldn’t be somewhere I go to weekly but definitely a special occasion place and/or date night.
