A Mixed Experience with Great Potential
I’m torn on how to rate this place because my visit had two very different parts. The food was fantastic—the service was also excellent; the staff was friendly and efficient.
However, the checkout process was really frustrating. I had to go back to my car to get my wallet, & when I returned, a family had just walked in. I was prepared to wait my turn, but the cashier called me up next. From what I could gather, they explained the situation to the family in Spanish, and everyone—including the cashier—was laughing. I use a walker, and I was just standing there, feeling left out and a bit embarrassed because no one bothered to explain what was so funny.
While the food and initial service were great, the lack of communication at the end left a sour taste.

10 out of 10 would recommend for you and your family to eat here. I’ve eaten at multiple Carl’s Jr’s within a 20 mile radius in the last few years and this is the best one in the area. The service is great, the food is even better and the music creates a great atmosphere. My wife and I come here on a date at least once every 3 months. I’ve only ever had my order mixed up one time within a 2-year time span and they promptly corrected it. Honestly, the way this location operates makes all the other locations a very disappointing and underwhelming experience. They could take a page out of this location’s operations book and customer service.

5/20/2024. I immediately clicked the link and went through the survey. WHAT A GENERIC AUTO-REPLY TO MY REVIEW. No response back after I wasted my time to call the store multiple times, write this review, and then do as you requested in contacted your company further.
5/11/2024 7:48pm went to drive through, placed my order. Went to window and paid. Was told to pull around and wait by the front door and they would bring out my order. 10 minutes later it was brought out incorrectly. They went back, took a few more minutes and brought my order out. When I got home my order was still incorrect and hamburger bun was hard. When I called the store and asked to speak with a manager I was hung up on and when I tried calling back multiple times a recording stated that no one was available to take my call. Employees making $20 an hour, a little cheese burger costs almost $5, and they still can’t get an order correct. I need a manager to reach out to me and I want a refund.

Very friendly staff who gives you a smile and ensures your order is correct. It’s hard to find good service nowadays and i’m glad I found it at Carls jr for my first meal of the day. The food was hot and cooked how I expected it to be. Will definitely drive a little further to this location next time I have a craving.

The chicken tenders were semi-burnt blobs. The fries barely filled the cup, the least amount I’ve ever seen. I went to the counter and she said she’d have to give me a refund because they ran out of any more. She also asked if I wanted to order something else instead. I just took the money and left. She should have given me a refund AND something else for free in my opinion. I ordered inside and in the time it took to get my order,at least. 20 cars had gone through the drive thru.
