Four of us went out for breakfast , you could tell everything was from Frozen , Frozen pre diced meats , Frozen pre diced veggies , canned mushrooms , Bread appeared to be homemade but it wasn’t anything the write home about. Biscuits had a weird sweet flavor. One in our party had hot chocolate which she said was very good. Prices were decent though I would have much rather paid more for better quality. I’d try somewhere else next time. Coffee wasn’t great , very bland and watered down not many options for creamer or sugar there was only three creamers on the table. How this place has 4.5 stars is beyond me they must have bots writing reviews. They also had a sign on the wall that said 2025 business of the year and I can’t imagine how they got that. They also had a note on the table which some might find funny but in my opinion it’s very tacky , saying that they are short-staffed and if you’re sick of waiting grab an application.

Great little cafe/diner with really good food. When you walk in you can instantly feel the sense of community, and it’s clear the great service helped foster that. The food was priced, portioned, and made amazingly!

I recently visited the Nite Owl Cafe at 11 S Main St, in L’Anse, MI. I had a delicious tuna melt at the counter in this somewhat busy restaurant. It’s a very comfortable restaurant and I was served timely and my order was received timely as well. I would have liked to come back and try a few more items. The food order was plenty and I actually left some behind.

Great mom and pops with amazing home cooked food. Once you walk in you instantly feel relaxed. Best corned beef hash ever my husband says. Not much to choose from in UP smaller towns. This one is the one if you want it made really from scratch.

The food was pretty basic. My friend said the sour dough bread was good. It’s a typical breakfast place . Nothing fancy. I got a breakfast burrito and one pancake. The burrito and pancake were both meh. Didn’t finish either.

Chocolate (and I mean CHOCOLATE) pancakes and bacon for the win, couldn’t finish all of my two pancakes. Biscuits and gravy is not bland, pretty tasty. If I’m ever back in the area, I will stop in again. Best breakfast on this trip so far!

I got the corned beef hash, and it was fine, no complaints about it. I tried a bite of the bacon, and immediately regretted not getting it. It’s DELICIOUS bacon.

What a horrible experience even the forks and knives were filthy. Got sick the next day after eating there well never eat there again but if you’re looking for a greasy spoon that makes your stomach feel awful. This is the place to go.
