My family and I eat here once a week. The food has always been great. The service has never been good. Today after placing our pick up order from their to go menu, we noticed after paying the prices were higher than what was on the menu. The front counter person told us all the menus were incorrect on their pricing. Why are they still providing these menus??!! Where is the customer service and why are we not communicating this with the customers??!! They have lost a loyal customer.
They also did not inform us that our Vietnamese eggrolls were going to be made with spring roll wraps. Very unprofessional and the customer service is thee worst!!!!

Arrived a bit early for dinner, and the food came out fairly quickly. We ordered the Shaken Beef, Combination Rice Plate, and a Small Wonton Soup (not pictured). The portions were generous and offered great value for the price. Being new to the area, I’m still on the hunt for good Vietnamese food, and I’m glad I decided to try this place today. Highly recommended for everyone!

First time trying Saigon Basil, and it did not disappoint. I ordered online for pick-up, and the food was ready soon after being placed! Delicious, good portions, and at a decent price. Other than the white rice being a little sticky, it was a great experience. Will definitely be coming back 🙂
