The cook was so on point tonight. We had 2 munchies deal combos with Texas jumbo jacks, and they were the best fast food burgers we had in a long time. The presentation looked like a commercial, everything fresh and portioned and constructed perfectly. The cashier up front was friendly and helpful, already anticipating my pickup order, and had everything bagged up perfect as soon as it was ready.

Went through drive thru got me that wrap combo was kinda hard ordering but my fault I wasn’t speaking loud enough had got off work I was tired. Other than that had to wait but wasn’t long and worth waiting the food was fresh and good.

We have been going to this JNB for almost 30 years and while its had its ups and downs in the form of many bad employees, orders completely wrong and items forgotten — It has really been better the last year or two. Finally I don’t feel the need to pull over and check my order before leaving the parking-lot. Food last night was great and the person at the window was really nice.

I experienced at your drive-thru today. The employee who handles the drive-thru a skinny woman – I waited more than 7 minutes at the drive-thru with no response, and when I finally reached the window, she still did not acknowledge me properly. Instead, she was disrespectful and began saying unnecessary things with a very unprofessional attitude.
Management should be aware of the behavior of employees, especially those working in customer service positions. As customers, we are paying for our food; we are not asking for anything for free. Basic courtesy and professionalism should always be a priority.
I hope this issue is addressed to improve the service at this location.

I ordered boba, burger, and onion rings. The drive thru lady was very friendly, and even mentioned I could save some money if I did a combo instead (since I ordered individually). Boba was disappointing, it was really stiff and not chewy at all. The drink itself was ok, bit sweet to start then not sweet, so not blended properly. Burger was ok, it filled me up. Onion rings were fine, slightly burned though. 2.5 stars for food, 5 stars for service.

Okay so this place is super duper conveniently located right here on the corner of westgreen and Park row I pass by here almost every day. It’s got the Chevron gas station built into it so you can get some gas and some food and be on your Merry way. Today I went in here at about 9 in the morning there was only one of the person in there besides me . The place is really clean. The guy at the counter was really nice was really patient with me. I was a bit confused you know one of those days couldn’t figure out what I wanted and I kept changing my mind so he was patient with me through the whole ordeal and I appreciate that. Then afterwards I got to go get a pack of smokes ,a blunt wrap, some gasoline. And I fumbled my way back to the car with my hands full and a big smile on my face. I would definitely suggest for people stop here you will not regret it. I took lots of pictures so you can have an idea of what it looks like.

Ordered mini tacos and one had no meat in it and they said there’s nothing they could do instead of offering anything at all. Very rude. This location has very slow service anyways. Would not recommend
