The establishment was severely unclean, exhibiting both dead and live insects. On May 8th at approximately 6:00 PM, I observed a woman and two men. The behavior of the men & lady was extremely rude, including the use of profanity in front of my young children. The woman even made a joke to my four-year-old, stating that they did not have food for her. When my daughter expressed she was hungry, the situation became even more uncomfortable.
The bathroom was unusable unless I had bleach and cleaning supplies available. The food was of poor quality, with some items being undercooked and others overcooked, you could tell some of the food were sitting in grease, resulting in a mushy texture. The only edible item was the fries. I have never encountered such a disgusting establishment. It is imperative that a health department inspection be conducted to address the health and safety concerns raised.

I ordered a big box meal w 2 breasts and a wing as I dont eat dark meat and got a breast wing and thigh. Please teach your employees the difference in pieces. My dog enjoyed the thigh but im oit tomorrow’s lunch at work. Everything else was OK. No ketchup in bag. One fork for two meals w non finger foods

The chicken pot pie is just ok. The taste is a bit off. I suspect it’s not fresh although it’s hot and cooked. The chicken nuggets are terrible. Each piece of nugget is smaller than one piece of popcorn chicken. They are triple the size in a different KFC restaurant.
The restaurant is dirty. No napkins. No cutlery.

Tonight my daughter and I stopped here so she could get a mashed potato bowl. The kid making it did a really good job and it was obvious he cared about his work, it was great. Also, the lady at the window was very nice and happy and just gave off a really good impression. Between those two employees we will def be coming back. Employees like those two make the business successful. I hope the managers and owners appreciate them!

This KFC is a hot mess; the owners clearly show the place no attention and do not take pride in their establishment. It’s dirty inside and out; staff lack training, proper equipment etc. Sadly a place to avoid.

Tonight I went to the Berlin KFC. Kaylee took my order she was sweet ,great personality. I dont usually go there because of the service. I understand it gets stressful but you still need to have a personality. I work in customer service.

This place has had a face-lift since the last time I visited. Unfortunately, the company refuses to fix the parking lot. There is a massive pot hole right in front of the drive thru. When I pulled up to order my food, what I thought was just a puddle of water to my surprise sunk my tire over halfway into this hole. My car is low to the ground, and I was unsure if I would even be able to back out. After going to the store and reporting my frustration about the hole, I was told that there have been multiple complaints, but nothing is being done. If you like KFC and tire damage, I would recommend it.

The service and pickles were great. The floors, bathroom and food are another story. The floors were so greasy I almost fell several times trying to get to the bathroom whose floors were so greasy that the bottom hem of my pants were dingy when I left it. The oil must have been old and not recently cleaned because everything fried was dark looking and tasted of old oil. I won’t be going back there again. Friendly staff and fast service.
