I had been wanting to try On the Hook for awhile and finally got a chance. Fish & chips were great and the crew running the truck were friendly. A little pricey per plate, however it’s understandable based on what they are serving and where it comes from. Glad to learn the owner of On the Hook is a fellow Wyomingite and attended University of Wyoming, so it’s a good business to support in my book! We visited the truck tonight in Euless, TX
