Today is 03/04/26. My family and I ordered the steak, chicken, and shrimp pies. While I chose the fries with gravy, cheese and shrimp. First let me say that the overall atmosphere was comfortable. Three tvs make sure u miss nothing. The service was outstanding. The pies were varied. My wife said the steak pie best feature was the crust. My son said the shrimp pie would only get two stars from him.My daughter however thoroughly enjoyed her chicken pie. My fires as I said came with cheese gravy and shrimp. My fries were burnt. The entire neal had a burn kind of aftertaste. So this is why I gave it the review the review I did.

Stumbled upon this establishment today and I was impressed and blown away by so many things. First off the owner was very welcoming and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The restaurant was very clean and has a laid back atmosphere. The owner told me about his specials for the day. When I said I was sticking to the pies he said okay I got you. To my surprise I was given a sample of the crab Mac n cheese and the baked chicken over rice. I’m no food expert, but I know how homemade food like my grandma used to fix tastes. That was some GOOD food! Now let’s not forget about the pies… I ordered a chicken and steak pie. Both were phenomenal! Yes I said phenomenal! Reminds me of a pot pie with a twist. The crust was soft and cooked to perfection. The insides of both pies…STAMP! The owner told me about his Brunch on Sundays and I will be sure to go back. I was so busy eating the pies I forgot to take a picture before I ate them. But you get the point. Please go check out this establishment, you won’t be disappointed!

1st time in there on my lunch break and it was over all it was a pleasure, the owner was awesome he even gave me a couple of samples of the other items he had while I waited for my order, my only issue is that it’s not quite a lot of food for the price but that’s a lot of places you go now but it was very good , hot and fresh, everything was very good and I understand that it’s a new establishment so the portions may change down the road but regardless I will definitely be back

Really I just felt compelled to leave this review. When a person waits 15 minutes just to place an order there’s a problem. When you try to ask a question when it’s your (first visit) and you’re told that the menu is self explanatory….that’s a problem…. To be outright rude that’s Definitely a problem! So honestly the food could possibly be good but I’ll never find out because I refuse to support your business if you don’t have halfway decent customer service. All I wanted to was if I could add something to a menu dish and what the price would be. Simple enough right but I was greeted with rudeness & attitude. So y’all have at the it and prayerfully you’ll have a better experience.

Too busy for NEW customers- No greeting or host, worker seemed to busy to assist with ordering. When asking questions about the items on menu. Got frustrated and said don’t worry about ordering but wanted grace for long wait time. I tried to support a small business but was it worth the negative experiences? #MYDOLLAZMATTA!

I actually came there months ago and stopped in later in the evening, one man was running the whole restaurant and the food was insanely good. Got the seafood pie and garlic fries. The owner was funny and would talk to the people while he was cooking their food and he was a funny guy. Will be coming back for more.

Me and my brother drove down from Philadelphia and decided to dine at this establishment. If I could give it 20 stars I would!!!! This place felt like home. The owner Thomas was amazing as well as the food. The seafood Mac and cheese is to die for. The salmon was finger licking good. And the hospitality was great. If you are in the Richmond area please treat yourself and visit this restaurant. Thank you
