I recently came through the drive thru and received the wrong order. I reached out via email about the issue, and I received two complimentary cards, one for a free single item and one for a free taco. I went today to go get my two items, and left with a whole meal and two tacos all complimentary. Keisha at the drive thru window went above and beyond to made sure my experience was made better and it definitely was. I will be coming back. Thanks Keisha!

Well I rarely give so few stars, but this place is not good at all.
I pulled into the drive through and was greeted by the person on the speaker with “what do you want”… I responded with “I’m sorry I didn’t catch that” to which they said “to eat, what do you want to eat”.
That by itself was not a big deal.
I ordered my nachos and tea then pulled around.
No one was in line ahead of me or behind me.
They asked me if I wanted any hot sauce, I said sure I’d take 5 or 6 packets.
Then I waited at the window for 11 minutes for my nachos.
I watched as the person who was helping me at the window was shoveling food in their mouth, chewing with their mouth open while pouring my ice tea… Right under their mouth while still chewing.
I got to watch the person making my food had gloves on at least, but I’m the middle of making my nachos they stopped and have another employee a big hug gloves touching all kinds of non food things. Then they picked their ear with the gloves on.
Finally my food was given to me.
I pulled right over and stopped so I could eat.
My chips were stale, very stale, there was no crunch to them at all. Yuk
Since this was my first visit I didn’t realize their hot sauce was not little packets, they are the containers that are in my pic. Lol this again was not a big deal, still kind of weird though.
My recommendation is to not eat here. Ever. Go hungry before you eat here.

This location used to have good food even if their service was abysmal. But after a recent visit a couple days ago I will never go be back. My tacos all came broken, and had honestly only 1tbsp of meat in them that tasted old and dry.
The inside of the restaurant was unkept and dirty, and their soda machine only had two sodas available. On top of everything else, this location is also by far the most expensive taco time around! Definitely go somewhere else, this place desperately needs new management or needs to just go away. I’m honestly considering calling the food and health department because I’m honestly concerned about the cleanliness of this establishment.

Gosh, this place is HORRIBLE. I waited 10 minutes for this? I should have left when my shoes stick to the floor in the entire dining room. I should have left when the bathroom was a disaster. I should have left when i waited 5 minutes at the counter. Then, i should have asked for money back when food took over 10 minutes. I should have got my money back when the tater tot things looked like someone stepped on them and when my crisp tacos fell apart… Look at the picture… Horrible!

Literally every part of our order was upsetting. Just got home from the drive thru. The drinks are watered down and taste like crap, threw them away. They forgot 1 large mexi fries completely. And then our tacos and order of mexi fries they remembered were both cold. Like below room temperature. Never going back.

I have had acceptable service here in the past but today 8-14-25 as I was delivering for doordash and had a difficult experience first with the lack of acknowledgement of any of the 8 employees 10ft behind the front counter. The status for the order was ready before I arrived and after waiting for 10 minutes I went to my car to get water and returned seeing an order ready behind the counter and a young man approaching the front counter only to stay looking behind him at kitchen staff .
I finally got his attention as he turned around and the rest was routine but I was almost in disbelief at how much awkward effort cotomers have to go through because costomer service is declining .

This store does an amazing job! Food is always correct, made well and definitely fresh. If something gets messed up the manager is quick to fix it. It’s one of the only fast food places that have vegetarian options! It’s uality fast food in my opinion.

The only reason I added a second star was the food was decent. While dining in, I was deciding what I wanted and ended up picking a meal so I could get a drink as well. I was handed my cup and went to the machine to find out none of the soda was working. I asked the guy about it and he said yes they were out. I told him I wish I would of known otherwise I would not of gotten a meal with a drink if soda wasn’t available. I asked if there is anything they can do to make it right and he said sorry nothing he can do because there is still powerade and non-soda drinks available. I asked if they knew before hand about the soda being out and he said they did. (Thanks for not informing me before I wasted money on a drink I didn’t get)
It was slow so I understand people standing around but three of the young girls said they needed to go into the bathroom so they can talk. While two others went to talk outside. This place appears to be ran like a joke. Worth Taco Time I have ever been to.
