Well, I have lived in the HD since 1988, been in AV for the last 20 yrs or so, and I never have eaten here until today. The menu was a typical menu with very common fare. But the flavor of the food was remarkable, not over seasoned, in fact, I didn’t taste any seasoning, just the eggs tasted like eggs and the potatoes tasted like potatoes, etc. Everything tasted really good. Maybe the components are of a great quality, I don’t know but whatever they are doing there makes for some awesome cuisine, one definitely worth coming back for.

This is my first time here in Apple Valley and I have tried a lot of cafes in my life. I don’t know who cooked my BBQ bacon cheese burger but it was better than what I have tasted in my life. The food was delicious, the atmosphere matches the area, and they are finishing construction and so far it’s looking good! Highly recommend for those who want some good eats.

Well, as these places go, it’s more about the atmosphere than anything else. In my opinion, pilots being around pilots, is almost always a good thing. The food, the service is secondary. So, when the three legged stool stands the best (pilots, food, service) now, you’ve got a winner! Worth visiting, yes. Just bump up the service. Little Aviator Cafe, you’ll be alright.

Probably one of the most coziest places to have a relaxed breakfast in Hesperia. Conveniently located at the small airport of Hesperia. They serve traditional American breakfast. The pancakes were fluffy and were presented well. The Garden omelette was a wholesome addition to it. The staff is friendly, environment exciting, and food is awesome. Ambience gives you a feel of past American times. You have a nice view of all the Cessnas and you can witness a train passing by at times on the Railroad in the background of the airport. I would definitely recommend to make a short stop for breakfast and to see the surrounding epic scenery on your roadtrip to Vegas or beyond.
