On Thursday night My wife brought a 12.00 pizza that made me have a upset stomach after discovered consuming it.We were promised a remade Deep Dish Friday they had at least 10 cars in line and the and couldn’t even get in the lobby because the door was locked. Saturday afternoon we reported Jimmy the manager would remake the pizza and put it in the book. Shay the acting manager refused to address the issue slam the window and we drove off . Check your security cameras.

I’m reaching out to the owner…David…need to do something with your store in Roanoke Rapids. Worst Little Caesars ever. Pizza is ALWAYS burned, staff is rude, they could care less about your restaraunt. It used to be good. But, I hesitate to go EVERY TIME!!!!! You need someone in that store to get it back on track. It just sucks. The entire experience….read the reviews people leave. Should be enough to get an ldea man……this was horrible….I asked the cashier if she would eat that..she said no….I asked why they expect us to…she said they didn’t want to go through the trouble of replacing it…….WOW!!!!!!

Worst service and pizza ever! Ordered at window and told to pull around it would take 1-15 min. No employee brought out food out. We had to go inside. Pizza wasn’t even rolled out all the way pizza looked like something you let a 5 year old make. Would not recommend.

I paid extra for special crust, I didn’t receive that crust on my pizza and pizza was not cut. Called store x3, spoke to rep who tried to call store also with no success. Went to store next morning Manager stated he couldn’t do anything for me.

Have tried 3 times in a week to get a pizza when I get off work around 9pm. At that time, they’ve already shut down app orders, and it says you’ll need to contact the store. But when you call the store, it says they recommend that you hang up and place an order in the app. Even if you hold for a live team member, you get just a cheery greeting telling how busy they are making pizzas “for your neighbor”! Holding for 5+ minutes does nothing.
So basically, they close at least an hour early. I’ve never heard of a Little Caesar’s that only takes walk ins after a certain hour, but that certainly seems to be the case. I’m not sure if Dave (the owner) knows about these things happening in his kingdom, but he’ll have only himself to blame when they end up shutting down permanently.
What a shame. When the food is available and fresh, it’s really pretty good. It’s great for the price!

I watched employees playing games on the phone while drive thru chimed and me and 2 others waited for our orders to be taken. No one else was in the store. I got 5 pizzas and a wing box and the wings was the only thing up to par, pizza was cold and old. This place has gone drastically down hill. Employees shouldn’t be allowed phones while working. Sorry service and food.
