This is the first time as a customer I’ve ever been treated as horrible. So I placed my order around 1:15am. So when I get there the lights on the inside are dim,and looks closed. Their open sign was turned off so I attempted to call the location. Well you see the employee walking back and forth looking at the car seeing me on the phone, yet she refused to answer. So I walked in and said you could at least answer the phone to let customers know you’re still open because with the lights dim and off, you look closed. She continued to ignore me and the music was so loud I couldn’t even hear her. When I asked her name again she refused to give it to me. She continued to have attitude and when I asked her why she couldn’t answer the phone she said I’m cleaning as if I was a problem . You can just tell she hates her life and her job and she must be miserable. Which Tropical Smoothie you need to do better and Step Up On hiring, hire people that have some respect instead of no respect for customers. FYI employees like this make customers not want to come back.

This location demonstrates some of the poorest customer service I have encountered, and corporate leadership should be aware of the ongoing issues here—particularly with management.
I have avoided this location for years due to consistently poor service. Today, I contacted the store because a coworker believed she had lost her wallet there. When she called earlier, she was treated dismissively and unprofessionally, so I called on her behalf and politely asked to speak with a manager.
The woman who answered stated she was the manager. When I responded “great” and asked for her name so I could address her respectfully, she replied, “Why? Who is this?” I explained that I was a customer and simply wanted her name. Her tone was hostile and inappropriate from the start.
I clarified that I was not calling to file a complain—only to inquire about a missing personal item. She then abruptly hung up the phone.
This behavior reflects a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated experience. Multiple locations within this franchise, including this one and the Boulder Highway location, have developed a reputation for being consistently rude and dismissive, which is why I have chosen not to spend my money here.
Corporate leadership should take these patterns seriously, as this type of management conduct directly drives customers away and damages the brand.

As usual, the smoothie was wonderful, but I had my service dog and he needed a little water and they were going to charge me $1.50, which, if I hadn’t bought anything, fine. If it was coming in a bottle, fine. But for tap water that I didn’t even need a cup for?! This is the only location that is this stingy with water in the desert. I will NOT be returning to this one.

The Tropical Smoothie on Stephanie & Sunset in Henderson, NV always has poor service. They close at 2am. I went in at 1:41am and they told me they were closed and were not serving food or smoothies, although there were two people eating there. If there is a time they stop serving, that should be prominently displayed somewhere. It was a waste of my time.

They are ALWAYS so RUDE and disregarding. I literally just come for the smoothies, very seldom. And throughout the years they have ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS have been rude. They have you stand there with zero acknowledgment and then they turn to the person that got there after me. Short, rude and inattentive. Of course i get the look for claiming my spot. They should say “can i help whose Next” Of course we already know the wait will be LOOOOOOOOOONG.

Three times ive ordered delivery and items were missing. They never fix it or take responsibility. Im annoyed because food is not cheap and I cannot drive to their location. They really need a quality control person to ensure the items are all there as this is a constant issue.

I love tropical smoothie but this location is terrible. Slow service, bad customer service, and overpriced bowls. The cashier looked and acted like she didn’t want to be there. The wait was like 25 min. For a smoothie and a bowl. Only two other people were waiting for their order. The bowl was served with like three thumb sized pieces of chicken. FOR 8 FREAKING DOLLARS! Just go to cafe Rio or chipotle instead of you want real portions for the same price and better ingredients. The smoothie was good, I’ll give them that.

(updated Review) from 1star to 4 star. There is new staff, everyone working & pushing out orders in a timely manner. It was busy but still got my order in reasonable time if not faster than a year ago. Liked everything I ordered & area is clean. They do have a few fruit flys I saw. It happens.. over all this location definitely cleaned up from the horse play & taking care of orders.

I order from this place pretty often. Like every other day. For convenience. Orders are not perfect but are ok. I’ve accepted my Chia Oatmeal Bowl to have a sticky container but I can’t accept hair in my food. I found hair in my All American Burrito. Not sure if I’ll return.
