Wow! Has this place ever changed! This used to be the location I always claimed was the best Hardee’s restaurant in the country. The food tasted great, it was hot, the place was spotless, and the service was fantastic. My last visit was rather disappointing. The soda machine had run out of ice. You think that would be a bit of a priority. But even after having our meal the machine had still not been refilled. When our food arrived the fries and the sandwich were only lukewarm. The restaurant was largely deserted so I don’t know how you mess up an order when you’re not busy. Both of us suffered from a bit of gastrointestinal distress a few hours after eating here. Might have been the food, might not have been, we hadn’t eaten anything else. Their standards seems so much higher before. Sad to see how it has changed.

My husband ordered the 1/4 lb cheeseburger meal & I ordered the 5 pc chicken tender meal. The hamburger must have been barely warm when they put it on the sandwich because by the time he was done eating his small fry it was as cold as the lettuce & tomato. I asked for honey mustard, but I did not get it. Which is sad because that would have helped the dryness & taste of overcooked tenders in what I’m guessing was cooked in oil that should have been changed last week. My 5 piece was actually a 3 pc, as two of them were no bigger than a chicken nugget. I’ll be sure to avoid Hardys in Houston, MO next time.

Spent about $20 on breakfast foods. Biscuits weren’t buttered. Called and asked for manager. She asked if it was important then told me she’d let the cook know the biscuits weren’t buttered. Never offered to rectify the mistake. It was a very special experience. If you want good food and made correctly, or if you want the place to fix the order THEY screwed up, just go elsewhere.

I only gave a 2 for the food because I asked for fresh fies and Steven wasn’t happy about doing fresh fries for me but he did it. I ordered the Big ham and cheese. The meat has been cut back so much the it was a regular ham and cheese. I was told yes they cut back on the meat but not that much. It was A LOT. Steven was as friendly as a box of rocks and shouldn’t b working there if he can’t b a nice man.

So traveling through, stopped to grab a bite. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich but because they usually put barely any buffalo sauce, I asked to have some extra “sauce” on the side. No problem, I’m told….

Hardees always has a deal going on. This restaurant has a very kind staff and does great on providing food in a fast manner. Miss the red burrito part. My favorite thing about Hardee’s is their biscuits and gravy!
