Stay far away. The pressure to tip for someone doing their job is insane. After not doing so for the aforementioned, the obviously annoyed attendant tells me to wait and disappears with my drink that was right by the window and fine for a good minute. He comes back swirling it around as if he put something additional in it. I threw it out, out of an abundance of caution but won’t be back.

I came here to order a cup of iced matcha latte with extra STRAWBERRY CF, and for the first time they added something else and it didn’t taste right, after I asked them to remake it but somehow they put CARAMEL CF in it. THIS IS HAPPENING EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME THERE.

On Sunday morning I ordered an iced coffee and it had a bunch of muddy substance in the bottom of cup. Which ended up being coffee grinds. It was nasty. I only gave 2 stars cuz the service was great.

I explained to the girl at the counter how I never knew how to order what I’m looking for (iced caramel macchiato, lots of ice, barely any milk). I’ve tried a bunch of different ways of ordering & chatted with a couple baristas at other locations, but never got it right. This girl took the time to think about what the best to order it would be so that I can get it made how I like it in the future. She ended up ringing me up for something that was just what I was looking for (iced dopio espresso w/extra ice, vanilla syrup, caramel drizzle, & some milk). It was great & exactly how I wanted it – lots of espresso flavor with not much milk at all. I’m not one to write reviews for somewhere like Starbucks (Starbucks is Starbucks, you know?). But I’ve been getting an iced dopio espresso the last couple days at other locations & keep thinking of her help. It’s even a whole dollar cheaper than what I normally get, so I wanted to leave a review so the managers know she’s doing a great job!!!

Being a first-time customer for me, ordering a cup of coffee in this store was not simple and easy. There were 20 different kinds of hot beverages to choose from. In addition, having different varieties of add-ins, such as sweeteners, flavors, and toppings to customize my order became more complicated. But with help of a very friendly barista, ordering a cup of coffee was not too complicated.

Avid Starbucks fans and Gold Card members. But this has to be one of the worst experiences we’ve had at any Starbucks. Vanilla Iced Coffee didn’t have any vanilla because the Barista didn’t think they had any, Pike Place was barely warmer than room temperature but they didn’t offer to brew a fresh pot until I mentioned something, the glazed donut was soggy and served in the plastic wrapper, and they had absolutely no napkins or paper towels (though the counter person said I could check the bathroom or movie theater next door). It’s s rainy Sunday, and I could understand the floor being wet, but the cafe was dirty and messy. Not a good experience here today.

I came in to get coffee on July 5th around 4:18pm and Hailey helped me and was very kind, but confident as a young woman. I am truly impressed in her spirit and her energy. She is an amazing worker. Please take care of this young woman.

I had a very bad experience buying at this Starbucks, I went to buy through the drive-through and a woman with a bad attitude named Linnaha served me. When I tried to pay, I dropped my card. I tried several times to open the door of my car and I couldn’t. She very rudely told me there was nothing I could do about it. I told my daughter to go down to get the card and she got even more upset. I don’t know why they put a rude woman with a bad attitude at the customer service window. The situation was very uncomfortable. There is no compassion in this person. I was just trying to make my payment and my card fell to the floor. I just wanted to pick it up to pay her. I didn’t expect her to give me anything. If she doesn’t like serving the public, she should stay home.
