Reviews
Utensils not completely clean, lacked optional sized to-go cups.
Atmosphere was lacking vibrancy. Stale energy.
Service was terrible! Waitress only visited the table 2 times & those were very brief visits. No concerns for refills, or overall service. Always new faces at the cashier.
Bathrooms were NOT clean. Debris on the floor (tissue) trash was full, & it smelled. Water around the sink, & no handsoap!
5 issues I’ve experienced:
– No large to-go cups. Forcing people to have to drink from the company’s glass. Not that it’s a direct issue, not everyone likes drinking from company glasses due to cleanliness & hygienic purposes.
– Salad bar: water everywhere. Not properly wiped down. Salad sitting in bowls with water on the bottom (likely due to being improperly prepped) I notified the worker in that area (a guy) & he simply took out another bunch of romaine, washed it, chopped it & placed it ONTOP of the already existing romaine (ew!)
– Whoever is on the grill. Give that guy another position to work in. How do you not know what “medium “ steak is? Why am I slicing into rare?
Waitress wasn’t friendly, she had an attitude bc we chose not to tip due to her not attending to our table in a timely manner. Oh well!
It’s sad to see the downfall of such a popular location! I guess all good things must come to and end.
