Their new manager Maddie is amazing, she does well under pressure working the store all day alone. Her customer service is very nice as you don’t see that a lot anymore. She made my sandwich perfectly and was very polite and helpful with suggestions when I didn’t know what would go well together.

Subway at Walmart .we stopped on the way out to grab a sandwich there was one person in frunt of me who ordered 2 sandwiches I know all the details because I i stood there and watched him make him them for 15 minutes. And he complained about how busy it was and how behind it had been all day and how hard his job is. He literally told the lady. Oh, you ordered the hardest sandwich. We have when it was the promotional chicken, honey, whatever sandwich that they’re running right now. The first thing I notice is that his hair was like shoulder length and hanging in his face without no hairnet. But I had to sit and listen to him. Complain for 15 minutes. When there was another associate, there, they just kept coming up and complaining with him also, but not helping. At one point he even said to me that I should put in a review and say how understaffed they are so here’s your review, but from where I was standing, you were the problem, not understaffed. And then to boot the sandwich, made me sick.All that night in the next morning

They charged me twice and didn’t see that till I got home i tried calling them they dont answer their phone so if that ever happens to you dont waste your time calling . Im going to go see the gal who did that.

This is the last time I give this subway a chance. This was the second time I have walked out while they were making my sandwich because of how utterly unsanitary they are. I have an autoimmune disease, and I don’t like people being complacent while touching my food. First, the preparation area was disgusting. Then while she’s making my sandwich, sits the meat down on the disgusting counter. When I try to tell her that that was disgusting and unsanitary, she looks blankly at me and keeps making the sandwich as if I didn’t just tell her that was disgusting. So I told her never mind and walked out.

This is how people get sick, get food poisoning, and how people with compromised immune systems end up in the ER.

Unacceptable!!!

Also, she didn’t even wash her hands before touching the gloves she was going to wear to prepare food.

I was just there and very unhappy with the way I was treated. I don’t normally shop there, but will never be back. I ordered a Spicy Italian with pepperoni instead of salami. I do this at every Subway I visit, and nobody has EVER had a problem with it or refused to ring up my sandwich as a Spicy. My boss when I worked at Subway even had us ring up substitutions this way as long as we kept the amounts the same or the meat wasn’t totally different. I made sure this wouldn’t be an issue before I started my sandwich, but in the end they refused to ring it up the way I asked and charged me more money. I also asked for 3 cookies and instead received one rather burnt one. I asked the lady at the register if she could fix it and explained that I felt that I was treated unfairly and she said just a minute, but ignored me to wait on other customers. I’ll NEVER be back there!

Standing in line waiting for the only female worker to take my order. She had finished making the customers order in front of me and well she was checking them out she did not take off her gloves. She handled their cash with the gloves on. This worker walked over to me to take my order and did not take off her gloves to make my sandwiches. What kind of training are they doing there. This is not acceptable and extremely disgusting. Please I hope management does something about this. I will not return if this same worker is there.

Employee up front looked at me, looked away, and started using their phone. They stood there at the register until another employee came out, who was trying to get their own tasks done, and helped me. The second employee was very helpful and polite, though.

When I tried to pay, I had to wait until the first employee put down their phone. The only time they addressed me directly was to tell me my total. They didn’t offer to make the sandwich a combo, so I didn’t bother to upgrade like I had planned to.

While I was finishing my payment, the employee proceeded to argue with an elderly lady about people who did and didn’t work there anymore.

One star reviews well warranted, unfortunately.

I tried calling but you don’t answer, so I will do this online. Was shopping and picked up a sub to take home. When I opened it the sandwich was covered in oil. The bread was soaked and all you could taste is oil
So I couldn’t eat the sandwich. It was a footlong and they aren’t cheap. Let your people know a little oil and vinegar. You couldn’t taste the vinegar all you could taste was oil even the meat was soaked in oil. It was not a good experience.

Just waited 5 minutes for the guy to come out from back. He put on gloves and started my sandwich, then said “hang on” and answered his phone with his gloves still on. Unsanitary, disgusting, bad service.
