Imagine if pizza sauce had deeper and more versatile flavors. It probably sounds like curry and pizza shouldn’t mix, but the upgrade from standard marinara sauce is game-changing.
The menu has a variety of styles and you can split a pizza between two at a time. Glad I got to try more than just one. Pictures don’t convey the taste like I wish they could.

Between the relaxed atmosphere, steller service from Josue and the incredible pizza this place should be on your list of pizza joints to visit. Josue was friendly, attentive and kind.
I had the butter chicken pizza and my husband had the meat lovers pizza. Both were flavorful, good portions and loaded with toppings. Highly recommend coming to Curry Pizza House!

I didn’t like the Curry Chicken Pizza at all. The pizza was not properly baked and ingredients tasted raw! I expected more and it seems like they don’t have indian chefs who know that turmeric needs to be cooked well before sprinkling on the ingredients and that tasted raw while we tried one slice. However the staff is amazing and friendly and they were very quick!

Curry Pizza House is a unique spot with a wide variety of pizzas, including some interesting flavor combinations. I tried the margarita, meat lovers, marsala, and tandoori. The margarita had an interesting sauce that elevated it a bit, but the crust was dry. The meat lovers was decent but honestly just a regular meat lovers you’d get from anywhere. The tandoori was the best composed pizza, with a great crust, fresh greens, and a unique flavor profile. The marsala was the best of the 4 with solid flavors and sauce, but the crust was a tad soggy. Overall, an interesting place to check out if you want pizza and don’t want to hit one of the regular spots. Service was a bit lacking (never checked in or refilled waters).

Pilgrimages are meant to be taken by all at least once in their lives for spiritual reasons. To eat here is one such pilgrimage one must strive to do before dropping their mortal coil.

The place is unassuming and devoid of the Indian themes I expected from a place whose soul is defined by slapping Indian entrees onto pizzas and throwing cheese on top!

The jalapeno poppers were average at best in terms of taste or texture. This is what I would expect to find in a generic pub. They missed a boat with masala French fries or fries with tikka masala poutine. Chips with masala did not seem appealing (and there were no pictures)

The pizza, on the other hand, was a delight. I was happy that my partner and my different choices could be reconciled with a half-half pizza that gave us both what we wanted. The crunch of the base was perfect and the tikka masala sauce and the cilantro laden veggies were perfect. I would have preferred more gooey cheese but the cheese ratio was good.

The portion (and the price) was pretty good with enough to take it home for another meal. I will have to make another pilgrimage to try their other fares.

This place makes the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had! We had both traditional pizza and curry pizza. Curry Pizza is new to me but it has now become my favorite!. They also carry a great gluten free beer which I have included a picture of.

Ideally, 3.5/5.

Curry Pizza House in downtown Palo Alto offers a unique fusion of Indian flavors and classic pizzas. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure my order was ready when I arrived to pick it up. The restaurant itself has a chill vibe, perfect for a casual hangout. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, though the outdoor area is a bit limited. There’s even a bar for those who want to grab a drink with their meal and watch a game.

Now, for the food. The mango Lassi was a bit of a letdown. It was surprisingly thick and had a strange bitter aftertaste. The Masala chips sounded promising, but by the time I got them home (it was a to-go order), they were a bit soggy. While I understand this can happen with take-out, the flavor profile was also lacking the punch you’d expect from Indian spices.

The saving grace of the meal was the Curry Veggie Delight pizza. It was loaded with fresh veggies, and the crust was nice and crispy. However, be warned, it came with a surprising amount of jalapeños! Overall, Curry Pizza House has a cool atmosphere and some interesting menu items. With a few tweaks to the Lassi and Masala chips, it could be a great spot. The pizza itself was good, but next time, I’ll be sure to ask for them to go a little lighter on the jalapeños.

The pizza was some of the best we’ve had in a long time. We did the chicken curry pizza which was spicy, different and delicious. They were only 2 people working the room the night we went. We got our order and water and never heard from them again. It was ok inside, laissez-faire would be my first impression.

3 of us had wings and curry veggie pizza yesterday. Their QR code for the menu was not working so we ended up with 3 different menus. The wings could have been crispier and the same goes for the Pizza which was a bit soggy for a thin crust. IPA went down smoothly and the giant screens allowed us to track 9er game as well.

I ordered the new Lamb Kebob pizza and am shocked with how little lamb it had. Pic shared shows 2 pieces on one and none on 3. The rest of the pizza was the same. Pity. Flavors were decent.

Edit: No response from “manager” after them offering to rectify the situation.
