Used to frequent this location but haven’t been back since, I was ordering for a few people and for one of the plates I had mentioned what sides I wanted before the main. After finishing my order, The employee I was speaking to had seemingly been so inconvenienced by this, that she frustratingly said “next time when you order, you need to tell us the main before the sides”. I go above and beyond to be respectful to fast food employees and I’ve worked fast food before I get it, Ultimately if you’re dealing with customers it’s in bad taste to tell them that they “need” to do something to better convenience you, especially something so trivial. For future reference I will make sure to order my mains before my sides, but not at this location

The staff were very disengage and seemed like they were interrupted by my presence.
They yelled at each other and openly mocked staff who was out of earshot calling him very rude names.
They argued over who would serve me. I was the only customer, and there were 3 employees who kept telling other employees to help me.
I used to enjoy this location, and as a food service asm, I understand the drag, but absolutely there is no reason to degrade your own staff in front of customers. It was very uncomfortable and distasteful.

I’m beginning to rethink panda, Ive noticed for awhile now that when I buy the string bean chicken and the mushroom chicken, like today I counted only 4 small pieces of chicken in the string bean chicken and about 3 in the mushroom had more of mushrooms and string bean n onions. I don’t have a problem with the service but … there is less n less meat in the food these days.
Went there again today and this is all I got for the cubs meal just mushroom and a few pieces of meat. If you want to be serve good go into the store if you drive thru this is what you get most of the time

The food was good but we waited over 15 minutes it seemed for the steak to be cooked for our meals. And when I asked for my drink to be topped off even though there was a small amount gone from it,the lady looked at me like I was crazy. But she filled it back up.

I just received my uber eats delivery. I ordered 2 DOUBLE plates with only chow mein for the side, 1 w double orange chicken, and one w double honey sesame. I got a box of just noodles, no orange chicken at all, and only one portion of honey sesame. Man! Im at work, and only option is ubering, which costs me double! Wheres my meat bruh???

This is not the first time ~ but make sense of this for me… food is okay ~ I continue to order so I can’t complain ~ but requested sauces!!! I always request adequate ~ not excessive ~ little packs. Why is this such a challenge ~ and no, I can’t make it out to get more, that’s why I used UEs.

I’ve always loved this location, but i don’t know what happened today that they served me a huge raw piece of chicken. I get it when there’s little mistakes like putting more cabbage than meat but a huge raw chicken is unbelievable, that can hurt someone badly. I called to talk to you guys about it but no one is answering and keep hanging up.

Went by there today as soon as they opened since I thought it be fresh and let me tell you it was disappointing they either burnt or reheated the orange chicken from the day before. I’ve never had Extra Crunchy orange chicken couldn’t even use the fork to get into it. The Chow Mein and Kung Pao were fine!

Anytime when the head Cook Barbara isn’t there the food isn’t as good. It’s almost like it’s undercooked most of the time. If you want good panda go when she’s there. Also I didn’t like the way the managers were talking to their Hispanic employees but using a different tone with the others

Very friendly staff, clean facility. Honestly one of the best Panda Express locations I’ve been to. Haven’t tried the drive thru yet but I’m sure it is just as great as the inside. I was eating by myself and TV allowed for a healthy distraction.
