Josh was our waiter and he was so attentive and answered all my questions. We had no reservation and we were able to get in on a Wednesday night at 7 which a lot of people were still here. Good music atmosphere was relaxing. I liked the dimed lighting inside. The Strawberry Margarita is a MUST! I grabbed the Parmesan crusted chicken with green beans and Mash. Super good Definitely coming back. ASK FOR JOSH !!!

I bought the Korean Barbecue and the white rice. The rice was undercoat. I sent the rice back once they brought more out. The second rice was undercooked. The Chef didn’t even go to check to see if the rice was undercooked. He didn’t even taste the rice. I’m sitting right across from him. I’m gonna post a picture so you can know that I’m not even making up any stories. No manager came to the table. This was a joke. Then they brought me mashed potatoes instead of fixing the rice. The meatloaf was pretty good My Wife enjoyed the meatloaf. The corn was fresh, but I’m gonna give her one star for food because no real chef should mess up white rice. Back to the basics. I saw about five managers in a restaurant and not one manager came to my table to address the situation. Hard pass next time.

Dawn Winslow provided absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm throughout our entire visit. She took the time to explain the menu, checked on us at the perfect moments, and made sure we always had everything we needed. What truly made the experience unforgettable was that she even sang Happy Birthday to us, adding a personal and heartfelt touch that meant a lot. Her positive attitude, energy, and dedication to great customer service really stood out. Dawn went above and beyond, and we appreciate her tremendously. Highly recommended.

I’ve been a customer for 20 years… starting in Chicago, then International Plaza in Tampa then of course here in Sarasota when we finally got our own!! Almost always very pleased with the food, atmosphere and staff!! At lunch my favorite choice is the Rene’s Special with Chicken Salad, Creamy Chicken Mushroom Soup and Caesar Salad!! I have dinner favorites as well but I will reveal those on a future visit! For as busy as any of their restaurants are, I’ve never experienced a food quality issue, I’m sure it happens but I’ve never experienced it myself, keep up the great work!

I came here for lunch and had a great experience with service—Anthony was excellent, friendly, and attentive. Food-wise, my mac and cheese wasn’t as flavorful as I had hoped. For dessert, we ordered cheesecake to go, but the raspberry sauce portion was very minimal, which was surprising since I normally receive a small cup on the side with the vanilla bean cheesecake (my favorite). As an aside, I hope they bring back raspberry lemonade.

Super outrageous, I went to celebrate my birthday and ordered this dish, of which I only received 4 small pieces of meat, literally only 4 micro squares of meat and nothing else. It seems super bad for a meal in a supposedly good restaurant, I would not return.

Dear Cheesecake Factory Team,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently experienced at your restaurant. I have always enjoyed dining at Cheesecake Factory and have had good experiences in the past, but my visit last Saturday was far below expectations.
We called ahead and were told there would be a 15-minute wait. When we arrived, we were again told the wait would be 15-30 minutes, but we were not seated until an hour later. Once seated, it took our waitress 16 minutes to bring out four sodas. Throughout the meal, our server never checked on us. We ordered two appetizers that arrived cold and did not taste good.( Despite being told it was one of their most famous ones the Mac and cheese balls) It then took over two hours from the time we got their to receive our main courses. We wanted to order cheesecake for dessert, but our server never came by to ask. We had to ask someone else for our bill and to order the cheesecake separately.
Overall, the experience was very disappointing, especially considering the high price point. The poor service has made me reconsider returning, despite being a loyal customer.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your service.

Very friendly staff. Great atmosphere. The shrimp stir fry was delicious. Its spicy but not to hot. The chicken picata is amazing!

Cheesecake Factory can be hit or miss–this was a hit. Travis was our waiter and he was friendly, informative, made suggestions, checked on us often–he was great. We were there for dinner, on a weeknight, which seemed to be a great time of day (outside of the busier ‘snowbird’ season) to visit. We had the Korean Fried Cauliflower–very good. A little messy, but very tasty. The Chicken and Jalapeño Fritters. These were tasty, but when I saw ‘fritters’ I didn’t expect ‘balls’. They were good, just oddly shaped for fritters. My husband had a spicy chicken sandwich, that he said was very good, but I don’t remember the exact name.
Our only challenge was the noise level of the restaurant–we were seated next to the hostess stand, but we did get a brilliant view of the cheesecake case!!
