This is actually in no way shape or form should reflect on the individuals that were serving at the time I visited. However, the scheduling wasn’t really that good and the situation behind the counter wasn’t well organized either. I was in a situation where the cashier actually had to ask a supervisor for a code just to run a card transaction. So they were all really nice and the ice cream was good, better organizations

Worst Dairy Queen experience I’ve ever had. Food order was rang in wrong and we received a 3pc instead of 6. We ignored this because it came with the free sundae coupon. Upon going back up, there was one person in front of me who seemed to be friends with some of the workers. I could overhear them having a conversation that was not appropriate for work. After he got his food, I ordered a mini blizzard, a sundae, and a kids cup. I waited for 10 minutes on my three items while I watched all 4 employees (manager included) stand around and talk to each other, in no particular rush to do their jobs. Out of all 4, only one person was making my ice cream while the other three talked to and distracted her. When I finally got my ice cream, my kids cup was a cone flipped into a cup after I specified when ordering no cone, only cup. After all this, when we went to leave 2 employees were talking behind the counter while another sat and ate ice cream with dirty tables all around her. I wouldn’t come back here even if the food was free ♀️

After having to set my cheese curds out on napkin they were so soaked with grease I couldn’t eat them and this is exactly why. The bottom of container shows how much grease was dripping out. This was disgusting. Waste of money. And I prefer to not come back here because its always something wrong with the food.

I went here for the first time in years for a burger. They definitely poured on the mustard and ketchup. I couldn’t even eat it with the amount they put on. This was Sunday night 7/12/2020 @ about 8 45 pm. The kid that made this was ready to go home and just didn’t care. I don’t plan to go back and I only live a couple blocks away.

Food quality is poor and place is often dirty. Many of the workers are childish and lazy, especially at nights and one of the morning managers always arrives late to open. The restaurant didn’t use to be this way and needs better leadership overall. Younger workers need better training and needs to stop horsing around. These days I only go in for coffee and talk to a group of friends. If it weren’t for that I wouldnt go in there at all.

Worst experience ever! Had to asked 3 times for things that were missing in my order while there and still went home realize they missed the large drink we paid for, also ordered a large blizzard and was half full. Day shift is aways great evening has nothing bust kids that act like they hate their only and haveing to asked over and over for things that you paid for, this isn’t the first time during the evening. Won’t be ordering dq here for awhile. Something needs fixed.
