First time going here and I ordered the seafood special with lobster, crawfish and sausage rice andflavor and snow crab cluster. Lobster cooked right, shrimp had great flavor, rice was spot on and crawfish and sausage added to flabor. Snow crab was warm, didnt see claw crackers but im sure they had em. Worth the price and menu had great options and portions.

I had the Yaki Udon with shrimps and the noodles were very soft and chewy. The shrimp was a little salty but overall it tasted really good. It had a little kick to it but wasn’t overtly spicy or anything.

The customer service is good and the wait time was decent. The store itself is very simple, 4 or so tables to sit down at and be able to enjoy the food.

Definitely lived up to the hype and I would go back to try the combo plates and weekly special!

Try the cajun seafood fried rice- it has crawfish tails and sausage mixed into the rice- additions I didn’t know I needed! The food came out in ten minutes and they definitely give you your moneys worth. I spent around $45 on the plate and a Cajun chicken nugget meal, which was delicious as well. Hidden gem for sure, definitely grab it next time you’re craving hibachi!

Tried a new restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! Hibachiana on Coursey in Baton Rouge. We ordered the sesame chicken, combination udon noodles, weekly seafood special and chili chicken. Also not pictured was the boudin eggrolls and fried dumplings, which were both really good Also. You definitely get your money’s worth and they give very large portions. And during lunch it comes with a can drink. I’d give them a solid 9.5/10. The food was made fresh to order and well worth it. I took off .5 of a point because the plastic silverware is a joke and broke while we were eating lol. They need sturdier forks lol

I ordered the beef, chicken, and shrimp hibachi, my niece had the shrimp yaka noodles, and we got an order of boudin egg rolls- 2 per order. Y’all, it was good! I like my food EXTRA saucy, so I know next time ask for extra sauce. Order came quick- maybe 15 minutes. My niece ate hers so fast that I didn’t get to taste it. That’s saying something, because she’s a finicky eater. The atmosphere is the usual for Baton Rouge, but they had good music playing.

My food was not as I expected it to be. The shrimp had a barbecue-tasting glaze on them. The rice was spicy but not flavorful. A lot of my rice was lumped together into little balls and that was fine. Maybe it was cooked in a rice pot. I didn’t mind that. The ladies at the register were nice. It was a little dusty inside. I had heard a lot about the place. I’m glad I went and tried it for myself.

I love hole in the wall type places. Its where food is made with passion! My first experience has been great so far. I ordered the yaki udon noodles w/chicken. The yaki udon dishes do seem a little pricey, but you do get a generous portion, plenty of meat, and the noodles are so yummy. You even get a free soda during lunch! The lady at the register was very nice and eventhough the inside of the restaurant looks a little barren, it only adds to the hole in the wall charm! I will definitely be back to try more items on the menu!

*update* 09/13. Tried the katsu chicken and it is amazing! The portion size is huge too! Will take me two or three sittings to finish it all.

It’s basically hibachi to-go. No big show with flames and trying to catch flying broccoli in your mouth. It’s chill lil spot. I like them.
