Sat and drive through for 10 minutes waiting to get 2 drinks while they had a car sitting there, waiting that had to order 5 or 6 of those big family meals, it’s like they’re too stupid to tell them to frickin’ park, they have to sit and tie up the drive through wind. Never again. Will I come back here?

Very disappointed, as I used to stop in at this LJS year after year when passing through Newport. I had the #11 seafood combo. Breading was not cooked through. No cocktail sauce available. Tartar sauce is now in packets & has no pickles. Basically just mayo. The A&W Rootbeer keg no longer works. Staff were anything but friendly or professional. Mostly just a condescending attitude. Seating was not wiped down & floor was sticky. Overall subpar experience. They still have the frosty mugs, but you hard to ask for them. Single stall restrooms.

The worst Long John Silvers I have evet been exposed to! The place was filthy! The kitchen staff, in full view, were NOT WEARING GLOVES and they were actually handling the food with bare hands and sneaking bites! A couple in front of me requesting a refund said they’d waited 30 minutes, as I did. Both out orders were terrible and not edible! We both demanded refunds! What a waste of my precious lunchtime! I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I WILL ALSO REPORT THIS TO THE Local Health Department. The Manager also raised his voice to me and demanded I was not allowed to photograph the establishment!

We stopped for lunch. Had to wait in line 15 min to order. Then we paid and was asked to pull to parking. Then had to wait 15 more min. When they brought our food they brought the wrong food. The only plus was our food was hot. While we was waiting we listened our radio. When we started our car the battery was dead. I ask them for help. Not a offer. Not very happy with them.

This place is awful. The food is terrible and it’s not worth it. They hardly even gave me any fries which were all hard so I couldn’t even eat them. Also, the health department probably needs to be called on this place as well because it’s just a dingy restaurant.

Haven’t eaten at LJS for a long long time, was kinda craving it so stopped in. First of all they no longer have French fries, they have waffle fries instead. The slaw was pretty good, the coconut shrimp was ok, the fish was ok, but no little crunchies. The staff was very friendly and the store appeared to be clean. But something has definitely happened to their food.
