My boyfriend and I came and ate this morning, it was so good! I got the yard skillet with sausage and he got the screaming demon. Shane was our server, he took such good care of us, we will be requesting for him from now on.

This girl’s morning was made better by BIG BAD BREAKFAST. My after-Thanksgiving crew of 10 was hungry, and you know I was done cooking. Lucky for us, we found BBB, and seriously, this place has it ALL… whether you’re craving shrimp & grits, a cathead chicken biscuit, or a classic eggs and bacon plate, southern comfort food to give up the diet for. Honest, their really patient staff will make you feel welcomed. And their Cinnamon Roll Late! So delish. A must-visit if you’re from out of town.

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day — and after visiting Big Bad Breakfast, I finally understand why.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and Southern charm. The servers were not just kind and attentive — they were genuinely welcoming, making sure every detail of my experience was flawless. Whether it was keeping the coffee full, explaining menu items with enthusiasm, or simply checking in with a smile, their hospitality elevated the entire visit.

Now, let’s talk about the food. Wow.

Every bite was a celebration of what breakfast should be: comforting, flavorful, and made with love. The bacon was perfectly crisp, the biscuits were buttery clouds of joy, and the eggs — cooked to perfection — reminded me that simple ingredients, when done right, can be extraordinary. Even the grits (which I usually pass on) were rich, creamy, and downright addictive. Big Bad Breakfast didn’t just serve me a meal — they served a memory.

But perhaps what surprised me most was how this restaurant reignited my love for breakfast. I walked out with their cookbook in hand, excited to bring that same joy and flavor into my own kitchen. Breakfast isn’t just a meal anymore — it’s a moment I now look forward to, thanks to this experience.

If breakfast is truly the foundation of a good day, then Big Bad Breakfast is the blueprint. Perfect food, flawless service, and a new love for morning meals? Count me in.

Just took a group of students. It was wonderful!! My first time to a BBB and I will definitely return. Shane was our server and he was knowledgeable and the right mix of fun, attentive, and not overbearing. The presentation and taste of of our food was wonderful! Highly recommend!!! *Ask for Shane. (The 4/5 on atmosphere was due to the temperature being quite cold.)

I’m a local and love breakfast food, but somehow had never been here until my birthday – and I’m so glad I finally did! The Belgian waffle with blueberries on top was absolutely delicious, and the Big Bad Cold Brew was exactly what I needed. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Such a great experience – I’ll definitely be back!

This place is awesome! Adam was our server and he was great. We had the chicken and waffles and the Big Bad Skillet with a biscuit. The chicken was actually amazing, and the honey combined with the syrup was great. At first I thought the skillet wouldn’t be enough food, but it filled me up and I was pretty hungry. Will definitely be coming back.

Stumbled on this little gem while on a road trip. It was packed and the wait was about half an hour but it was absolutely worth it!
I’m gonna tell ya the way my waiter explained it to me “ it’s really good, it’s not like Mamaw’s but it’s good” and he was spot on.
The tomato gravy was so unique but delicious!!
And that waffle OMG!!
