Pizza didn’t have sauce throughout the pizza. It looked like it was rushed to make. I had to return it for a refund. Staff needs to be retrained in how to make a pizza. I wanted to give it a negative Two Stars

I don’t know her name, but I was in there yesterday April 17th around lunch time and one employee was single-handedly running the entire store. This is not the first time I’ve been to this location to get a large pizza order for work and she was once again killing it all by herself!! Keep up the great job, we loved our pizzas as always!

When they first opened this new Papa John’s the food was great. I’m not huge into Papa John’s but then I started getting it again here and had no problems. However, on March 18th I order a large pizza thinking that the quality of the pizza was going to be good but I guess I was wrong. The 2 workers practically ignore you and are always in the back “hanging out”. It’s by chance that they’ll glance over to see if someone’s there. The customer service wouldn’t be that big of deal if my pizza wasn’t disgusting. The dough was under cooked, overly done with yeast, and just smell over all funny. This is the first time I had ever had a bad experience here just when I was beginning to like Papa John’s again. It’s safe to say I’ll be using Pizza Hut from now just unfortunate.

so i came in soon as it opened at 11am was in town for phone repair and was hungry and as a medic working 48 hrs i was like i wants papa johns so 01/11/25 i came in store talked to a guy which i forgot his name but he resembled shaggy too me , he was helpful respectful and knows customer care. that rare when dealing with going to restaurants some have attitude not this guy he deserves a raise and if he not manager make him one. ill definitely be coming back again.

The food is always so fresh and tasty, every time I come here they’re so helpful to place my order! The manager dean always makes sure everything is cooked to perfection I love the pizza EVERYTIME! I love the atmosphere they’ve created cause you can tell that pizza was made with love great pizza place!!
