Update 1-27-24
I tried 1 pastor, 1 chorizo, and 1 birria. I still stand by my thoughts as stated below (I rated 3 stars). However, I am upping my rating to 4 because the horchata is heaven. Cinnamon and sweet bliss. By far, it’s the best version I can remember.

Truck at the corner of Royall and Berkeley. It’s there on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. We have tried to come at those times, on maybe five occasions, and they weren’t there. Their Facebook page has a few times said they would be there, and the truck wasn’t. We had given up on then but caught them on the date above.
Preface: We eat a lot of tacos, and looking at my profile will prove that.
Serves the typical taco truck stuff. We tried pastor, carnitas, and birria tacos at $3 each. These are single wrapped corn tortillas. All come with cilantro and onion, but you get grilled onion and a jalapeño slice on the side. Also, both green and red salsa with lime slices are with your tacos should you choose to garnish. We found these tacos light on meat relative to other taco joints we’ve been to. Also found the tacos themselves somewhat dry and not as flavorful. I wouldn’t say they were bad, but we’ve been spoiled at other places with zippy and juicy with a ton of meat, and it’s hard for me to get on board with these.
I’m not sure if what we got is typical, but there are too many options in the Goldsboro area to get some tacos.
Staff was friendly with fast service. There are no issues there. Takes cards, but you are not charged tax should you pay with cash.

This place is awesome! Not only is it a family ran truck with the best people, the food is authentic and delicious. You won’t be disappointed, definitely give them a try!
