Amazing whopper. Always a beef patty that covers the buns, not like McDonald’s big Mac, which are hardly recognizable as a patty and all buns that have shrunk too. The fries good and soft drinks. The drive thru was professional and friendly. The food and drinks were exactly as ordered and I ordered a chicken sandwich and a double cheeseburger both plain. Food was out to me quick. update on 12/21/2025 – enjoyed another whopper. The best! Service, atmosphere, and food quality was excellent. Will recommend and come back again.

Walked in, I believe the manager on duty was doing a shift change on the register. Never once looked up the 3 customers waiting in line. She left and went to the back. No one waited on us for a good 10 mins. Both employees see us waiting but refuse to engage. Finally I spoke up to ask if someone was gonna take our order. His response was “oh, no one waited on you? She’ll have to come back up to fix the register.” At this point I walked out. Terrible customer service and terrible manager on duty! Won’t be back!

We went to this place 2 times around 730. The server stopped us at the door and told us drive through only, which is so strange. I cant believe they turned customers away. The hours on the door say closes at 10pm. The server who turned us away then went back inside and sat down at a table, he did not do anything. I dont know why this place even opens.

Horrible place never gets the food right! Overcharges you for stuff you didn’t order and won’t replace anything. Even if you bring back the receipt like told over the phone then in person told to bring back the burgers said no problem to bringing back the burgers to show the shift manager But to have him refuse and argue with me that I didn’t have a burger to show him. We ordered 4 meals one whopper plain no cheese (since when does the whopper automatically come with cheese). they charged us for 5 meals and one extra fry and drink and I didn’t want my money back for that mistake I just wanted the plain whopper NO CHEESE. My daughter went back through the drive thru to order a second order immediately after cause they forgot something… a double bacon whopper meal and got a whopper jr meal instead SMH but not asking to replace that only the whopper plain no cheese after bringing the burger back. Nope the the shift manager insisted he made and bagged both orders of food himself well you can be the judge of that (but this is also the person I spoke to over the phone not 5 or 10 mins before claiming he couldn’t find our orders n stating we would need a receipt only to fix it but now remembers he made all those orders n bagged it HIMSELF!! Oh and stated they weren’t out of Coke when we were told they were out by the rudest customer service reps. Really Lmao!) and I didn’t even want that replaced cause that person just went ahead and ate the extra meal they charged us for before. Lesson – Check always before leaving here but all in all Worst place hands down need new staffing and I will drive another 10 mins now to another Burger King that knows what they r doing. Hell I’ll eat mcds before dealing with them again!

Do not eat here. I called to report that I found plastic inside of the burger, the manager lets me know that the burger comes frozen, the meat comes frozen but the other items DO NOT! Someone had to have made the burger and place the toppings in it correct? Don’t you think that’s where it happened? Ridiculous! Instead of apologizing and saying hey sorry about that, we will look into it, it’s immediately, they come frozen, that has nothing to do with the burger, the meat is only portion of the burger! Geez! I didn’t even ask for a refund or insinuate that I wanted one. I order from here almost daily, Tf. Stay away from here.

I asked for a whopper plain I don’t know if he heard me, but I got a whopper with everything but cheese. I told the lady in the drive thru. She seemed like she was bothered by the mistake. This is what I got instead. Thanks.

We arrived at 11:48pm expecting some great BK for Fathers Day, and prepaid on the app. When we got there NO ONE WAS THERE, despite their drivethru hours being until 1am, and google saying they are open until 2am. I am extremely upset as this has put a major damper on my husband’s father’s day. We only just had enough money for this, and now we have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund and he will not be getting Burger King tonight, and honestly it makes me never want to come here again. Thanks a lot.

Just left this location it was all men working. All the guys were very polite and fast. Even though they was busy one guy apologized for the wait that’s something I never hear coming from Burger King employees. I watched them all they where all into their work and wasn’t playing around like others at other Burger King. The atmosphere was great

My husband and I have been to this location twice within two weeks to try and get lunch. We walk up to the counter, no one in front of us or behind us and we are completely ignored but the 2 or 3 employees behind the counter. They are working but no one even says hello, we will be with you in a moment. I feel completely invisible in this place. I feel they are completely happy for us to walk out without any food because they really could care less. I will be informing the owner or maybe they don’t care either. Sad.
