The crew here doesn’t listen to guests. Something so simple as a drink with light ice seems to be completely beyond them. Not just a single time, but every time I go through this store, customization of any menu item isn’t happening. From drinks with light ice to no pickles on my sandwich, this store will not give you what you ask for unless it is exactly how they want to make it.

Any time I have ordered something besides a fountain drink there’s always been something wrong. Either the food is super stale, lukewarm, or just flat-out not what was ordered. Example, today I ordered a plain cheeseburger. What I got instead was a spicy chicken sandwich.

Before everyone comes at me and is like “it’s mcdonald’s what do you expect “, it’s also a business and should take pride in that. Came in for lunch today and it was pretty empty. There’s rarely someone at the counter so used the kiosk. You have to get your own drinks and instead of bringing your food to the table they call you to come get it because they can’t be bothered to put in the little extra effort. Every single table was dirty as well as the floor. Our fries were cold, but at least the entire order was correct. It also says they open at 4 in the morning, myself and other coworkers have tried coming through before work and sat at the box for a length of time and were never answered. I usually come to the one on base so I don’t have to deal with the one out in town but at this rate they are both sub par.

This has got to be one of the worst fast food locations ever for order accuracy. I work on base so I’ve been to this location a lot over the years and I’d say they probably have a 5-10% accuracy rate on properly preparing food. Something is always missing. Be it pickles, onions, condiments, etc…they just can not get anything right.

Do not go up to this location at night! Horrible food, if I could have put 0 stars, I would have! The employee’s especially the manager are rude and lazy! It’s just not a good experience at all! I go to different McDonald’s all over Northeast Florida/Southeast Georgia and this place at night is the worst one of the all! Hands Down! Now if you go up there in the morning for breakfast or during the day for lunch, it’s actually an awesome place. Just goes to show you that it’s the employee’s working there that make all the difference in the world! And they make how much now a days??? No excuses why they cannot do there job sufficiently and treat people with respect! Amazing how much difference the experience is actually from day to night shift! It’s pretty obvious that whoever is in charge at night doesn’t have a clue of how to run a restaurant and is a terrible employee so it trickles down to the people working for him, if he is terrible then they act accordingly and follow suit! If they would get rid of the manager it would be a great start, plenty of people there on day shift that are good workers that would be willing to step up and replace the nightshift manager I am sure…

This is the worst run McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. The food is average. I’ve never witnessed a manager treat their employees with such disrespect in my entire life. Mildred is the name of the manager and every time I’ve ever walked in there I’ve only heard her voice screaming at employees in the most disrespectful possible way you could imagine. If I was any one of them I would have walked out. Somebody should seriously look into this. This is toxic leadership by definition. I am going to try and file a complaint against the franchise to save those employees who are just trying to get by with their paycheck, but I can only imagine they dread coming to work every day because of that. Can I rate zero stars? Or negative stars?

Manager was nice and refunded me but I just used 6,000 points and I wish I knew that they weren’t gonna be able to fulfill my order due to not having a cook. Could have been prevented if they updated the app and told me that certain items are unavailable. Would have saved me time and convenience.
