Today, I ordered the Kung Pao chicken. I had to search thoroughly to find a piece of chicken in the Kung Pao chicken. I would suggest that them request renaming the ‘Kung pao chicken’ to ‘Kung pao vegetable.’ Please refer to the uploaded picture as evidence of the receipt and the food I received.

The food was great also the lady who took my order was very nice. It was very inconvenient that we couldn’t eat inside. I don’t live that close so I ended up eating in my truck so the food wouldn’t get cold before I got home. They really need to let people eat there. If so it would have been almost perfect.

Our fave Chinese place in Rowlett and top five in Dallas. Food is always fantastic, portions are perfect, and the lunch special is the best. It’s carry-out only (post-COVID world). They’re so speedy and work SO well with delivery services.

The food is usually fresh and delivery is quick, service is not good, today I found part of a stainless steel fiber in my food. I called to let them know and they didn’t even apologize for it being in my food, offer a replacement or some kind of credit. He was defensive saying they change the sponges every day and doesn’t know how it got there.

You never feel welcome when you come in. It’s almost like you’re a problem for trying to contribute to local restaurants. I paid $20 for beef and broccoli with extra beef. Food always tastes great, but this time, there wasn’t extra beef. I thought, no problem, I’m a regular, I’ll just call. Thicker gentlemen in the front was working and answered the phone when I called, and he just slurred some words(this is his customer service). I tried to be firm with him and say, ‘sir, I’m telling you this is not extra beef. This is just extra broccoli’. He just said,’Oh well, I put double beef.” Luckily, I took a picture of the plate and separated the amounts you can tell the lack of beef in a full dinner plate. I’m greatly disappointed. The man didn’t even care. I’ll just dispute it with my bank. This restaurant needs to take accountability. Mistakes are made, but this one is not my fault.

I always order the Singapore Mei Fun noodles. For the last two days I’ve ordered the Mei Fun noodles and today is my very last time ordering from the establishment. What is all this liquid at the bottom, and why is there more cabbage and carrots than there are noodles. I already know to get my rice from a Thai spot, but I guess I’ll be getting my noodles from that china spot on the lake. This is unacceptable. I wish them the best.

Please don’t buy food from here . I ordered food from here and there was a hair in my food . I called to report it to them and they told me it was nothing they can do about it and they couldn’t give me a refund . I will never order from there again . Very unprofessional. From this picture your can see some of the hair is still inside of the chicken which mean it was dropped during the making process!
