me and my mother went here for the first time. we got two sandwiches, mac and cheese, baguette, and 2 coffees. $36 total (not counting tip.) the coffee was good but the sandwiches were bland and not sure why the bread was cut but not the fillings of the sandwich? baguette was good. mac and cheese was okay. but woah that price was not worth it haha. and atmosphere felt weird

Stopped into panera after line at Chick Fil A was a mile long. Place was clean and welcoming. Staff was helpful. Food was enjoyed by all in my party. Pastries were always good and they had free samples, which I don’t think I’ve ever seen. Not a cheap meal.

Went in yesterday (10/27) and ordered one orange scone and a loaf of bread. The cashier with gloves on took my money and handed me my change. She then, using the same gloves to make the change, reached in to get my food. I brought it to her attention and she just walked off. No apologies, no nothing. Very disappointed with her handling of the situation. Very poorly managed.

Fantastic stop for lunch and supper. The flatbread pizza a lot for one person, but it was delicious. The Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt is one of the best sandwiches I’ve had, the chips left much to be desired though (consider replacing them). Finish it off with a chocolate croissant and you won’t regret it. Prices are little high for semi-fast food, but I’ll be back.

My mom and I walked in and noticed how clean this Panera was! We just got finished with a 6 hour drive from North Carolina visiting and thought we’d have a quick meal , To our surprise it came out in less than 10 minutes because Saturdays are expectedly busy, and we both got you pick two’s!! My Mother is Vegan and enjoyed the poppyseed chicken salad, The food was very delicious and the staff was very friendly too, We forgot to order coffee’s after we had ordered and the young lady at the cashier insisted we have them anyway, The young women at the window told us to enjoy and were just as kind, We were very satisfied with this Panera and impressed, in hopes to come back in the future! Way to go Cookeville Panera!!

You are Panera BREAD and the bakers at this locale are OVER BAKING the baguettes! My family gets food here often because they love the salads and soups. Please, please, please, start taking your baguettes out about 5 minutes earlier they should be GOLDEN not BROWN. It makes them bitter. I have attached photos – you see the center part of the split? That is the color the WHOLE thing should be. Now look at the bottom – that is CLEARLY burned! Please note this is consistently happening, it’s not a one time thing. I hope you review your comments and address this. Edit Sept 14,2021 please see additional pictures you are still burning the baguettes! Edit Dec 13,2021 – added more pictures and I’m please to state that the most recent trip resulted in fantastic baguettes. Thank you Panera for listening. If this remains consistent I will update my star count!
Update: 21Feb2021 – We ordered food here again and the baguettes were PERFECT even the pieces in the bag given to us with our group soup! Thanks again for fixing it – I have adjusted my star rating to 5 stars, keep it up!!!

This morning I order a breakfast sandwich thru the drive thru. The chibatta bread was so hard I could not break it with my hand let alone bite into it. I did not have time to go back. Very friendly employee who waited on me but the food this time was unacceptable

Today was the first and last time I will eat at a Panera Bread! Out ragious prices, what you thought you are paying for food was not even close to the prices I did pay. $26.00 for lunch for two, half of Sandwich and a drink! Never again and the food was not that good!
