Called at 6:48pm and asked if they had got food. The guy said yea! In a rude manner like as if they always have food. We arrived shortly at 7:12 pm. Food is being thrown out. Thinking it’s because they are bringing out new food I ask the guy (same voice) and he said that they throw out the left overs and I said it’s 7 pm dinner time truckers count on this food. Plus every other pilot serves till at least 9 pm. He ignored me and walk away. The other big girl employee made a rude remark and laughed and proceeded to ignore me too. So NO FOOD NO ICE NO TOILET PAPER IN woman STALLS RESTROOM WAS SUPER DIRTY FLYS EVERYWHERE AND EMPLOYEES ARE SUPER lazy and inconsiderate. Thankfully I had sandwich stuff so that what we ate after waiting at shipper for 8 hours eating sandwiches to come here and no food .. I feel bad for other truckers that just parked and can’t eat because this pilot refuses to follow the franchise rules. This pilot is above all pilots they do what they want and care less for hard working truckers that count on food to be available. Zero effort zero stars. I will ignore this pilot from now on. I will not support businesses that care less for us.
