I ordered chicken noodle soup from Panera Bread and paid $10, but what I received was basically a container of broth. After straining it, there were barely any noodles, vegetables, or chicken inside. How can this be called “chicken noodle soup” when it’s mostly water and salt?
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with their portion sizes at this location. I actually stopped ordering from here years ago because of this problem and decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. The soup tasted sour, overly salty, and extremely watery. There was almost no pasta and hardly any chicken.
For $10, this is unacceptable. I paid for chicken noodle soup, not flavored broth. Very disappointing experience.

I recommend you not go to that location.

I really enjoy coming to this location – the food is always great and most employees are kind. This review is just based on one experience today.

I used to work at another Panera location in Texas, so I understand how frustrating it can be when people come around closing time, especially for students working late shifts.

Around 8:00 PM, I placed an order scheduled for pickup at 8:55 PM because I was finishing a workout nearby. Right after that, I placed a second order for a cookie since I realized I had a reward for a free cookie. I intentionally scheduled the pickup before closing so it would be convenient for the staff and so I could just quickly grab my order and go.

As I was finishing my workout, I realized I might arrive right at closing time, so I called the store ahead of time to make sure it was still okay for me to come through the drive-thru. I was told it was totally fine.

When I got to the window, I received my food bag and asked if the cookie was inside since the orders were placed separately. The employee told me there was no cookie and that it might not have shown up because it was placed late. I opened my app and showed her that both orders were actually placed back-to-back earlier in the evening.

At that point she closed the drive-thru window and audibly screamed loudly before saying something to her coworkers, which made me feel uncomfortable. When she came back with the cookie, I apologized for the inconvenience and told her to have a good night, but she didn’t respond and rolled her eyes.

I completely understand that closing time can be stressful. However, I did try to plan ahead by placing the orders early and scheduling them for pickup before closing so that everything would already be prepared and easy to hand over at the window. Since the cookie was already packaged and just needed to be grabbed from the shelf, the interaction felt a bit discouraging and honestly left me feeling a little disrespected.

Again, I usually enjoy coming to this location and have had many good experiences here, so I hope this was just an off day.

We ordered strawberry chicken poppyseed salad, bread bowl broccoli soup, and french ciabatta dipper sandwich. All were amazing! Salad ingredients were very fresh.

I went there to get me a bowl of clam chowder, and they do not serve that. As I was waiting for my associate, I got a drink. Slime in the ice machine. I paid for over $4 for a iced tea and it tasted funny. So I poured it out and got a Coke instead. That’s whenever I realized that there was nothing wrong with the iced tea it’s the ice coming out of the ice machine. The health department needs to do an inspection on them. That was disgraceful and disgusting. I will not be going to that restaurant ever again. Obviously poor management.

I called this morning. The first lady who picked up the phone let me know all the frustration she felt in that moment. She was clearly annoyed when I wanted to place my order. Horrible Customer service. BUT THEN Nicol, another super nice lady, took over the phone and helped me put 3 orders for today. I am very thankful for your help and patience. Because of you, my experience changed completely.

My bread fell apart way before I could even pick up my sandwich, and I dont remember the menu saying that the chicken on my sandwich was going to come in a thousand tiny little peice. I also dont remember seeing blue cheese as one of the ingredients to the sandwich I ordered, but it sure tasted a lot like but blue cheese. I really don’t know what the point of telling them no sliced cheese when they put it on anyway. Chicken bacon avocado sandwich will be a no go from now on.

Don’t order online. You’ll wait longer than just ordering through the drive thru. They can never find your order. The wait is terrible. Service is terrible but they are nice. There is barely any parking and if you do go to the drive thru you’ll get stuck. If you have a big order make sure you do in store pick up.

Food is average for a Panera. It’s overpriced, better going to any restaurant farther down Main St. Counter staff (just one) was very rude and vocal. An old lady behind the counter literally raising her voice for various reasons, just seemed very bothered by everything. Then was talking negatively amongst other staff about a small child that was upset in the restaurant. When confronted however, she quickly changed her story. Don’t waste your time or money.
