This Potbelly store is amazing. The dining room is large and clean. WiFi is available. Service is fast. Subs are freshly toasted. I usually order the pick-up-two combo. I feel that the prime steak one is the worst sub. The Mac and Cheese tastes worse than the potato soup.

My partner and I usually visit this location 2/3 times per week as it is always tasty and allows us to meet our different dietary goals. We LOOOVE the staff here. Specific shout out to Aaron, we see him all the time and he’s wonderful at both customer service and being a sandwich artist. I wish I could remember everyone’s names who has helped to make this location specifically part of our dinner rotation. Give them all a raise!!!

I really like the food, and the employees are usually very pleasant even though they are obviously overworked and stressed. They are always able to smile and interact with people warmly.
I always get the same thing so I can’t really provide an opinion on most of the menu.
This is a comfort food place for me. I always get a skinny chicken salad on wheat with mayo, avocado, and light hot peppers, and a oatmeal chocolate chip cookie for desert. (The cookies are to die for. So good.)

Stopped by Potbelly’s for lunch and it totally hit the spot. The sandwiches were fresh, packed with flavor, and made just the way I ordered. The bread was warm and toasty, which makes a huge difference. Staff was friendly and quick, even though the place was pretty busy. I also tried one of their shakes and it was seriously good. Overall, great food and a chill vibe—definitely one of my go-to spots when I want something tasty and not overcomplicated.

The experience I had at PotBelly today RUINED my lunch. I saw a sign that said $7.99 sandwich combo so I figured chips, sandwich, drink. NO! As I was ordering, she said the sandwich I wanted was not a part of the deal because of the added avocado. So I had to pay $14 (DOUBLE) than what I was planning to pay for this. Okay, a little annoying, but at least I get to enjoy my meal. NOPE! There was no avocado on my sandwich Don’t come here if you want to be SCAMMED!!!

Y’all…my sub was delish. I got the chicken club, which obviously comes with bacon..and the bacon was actually crispy..not rubbery like most subs. It was so good. Pretty laid back. Get your own drinks. I got a fountain coke zero,.when I pulled my cup out after filling, the pop kept coming. Had to manually push the lever to stop it..got pop all over my hand. Dried it off. put the lid on my cup, picked it up, lid popped off, pop all over my hand. Still worth it. Definitely recommend.
