Fantastic Taco Bell experience! I’m visiting from Switzerland and stopped here on my way to Luray Caverns. I have been to a number of Taco Bells in the US, but this one has been by far the best one. Before entering the restaurant you get to appreciate a beautiful view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Most notably, the staff were super nice and helpful, they made my day. The restaurant as well as the restrooms were very clean and the food was good by Taco Bell standards (the Jalapeños were surprisingly fresh though).
If you get hungry on your way to Luray, this Taco Bell is really worth stopping at!

The service we received was great. The cashier was awesome even after having to deal with nasty customers before us that were just rude she stayed calm and greated us with a smile and pleasant voice. She was even nice enough to bring our food to the table for us which was very unexpected. We ordered our normal things, I had a Mexican pizza and my husband had the steak chaulpas. Food was very good and tasty.

Linda is an absolute delight at the register. She is patient and always makes sure my order is in correctly…which I truly appreciate because I always have a large one.
Corey is also a pleasure. He knows me by name and always greets me with a smile.
Again with a large order ALL the staff are great with ensuring I have everything and are very friendly.

Went through the drive thru, at a very slow time, to order dinner for kids, and adults. The staff was very responsive, and kind during the entire order. They even double checked, and confirmed our order at the speaker, prior to reaching the window. Every member that spoke over the speaker was very kind.
Rolled to the window.
Paid.
We recieved our food…
I must ask, was someone having an off day, maybe the restaurant was understaffed? Whatever it was, absolute worst food i have ever had from that establishment, and multiple wrong order contents. Check your shift- thursday 08/21/2025 between 5pm and 8pm.
5 basic food staples of Taco Bell to make….. no substitutions, or weird orders, nothing that would create confusion.
Dear Taco Bell-
Do better, please. The ironicy- anyone who was working that Taco bell, had they been in our shoes, would have raised absolute hell, and probably ended up “social media famous” for honestly how bad it was. Do better, please? Take some pride in your job.
Future Patrons:
Double check your orders at the window…. like, even the damn lettuce. Rotten.

This location is TERRIBLE. Yes, I know, it’s Taco be, yes I know not to expect it to be great, but the fact is I’m still a paying customer and I at least want my order to be correct and not missing half the ingredients.
Be prepared to almost always have your order incomplete, or incorrect. Sloppy messy food just tossed in a bag.
