Absolutely disappointed and disgusted. What happened to the kind hearted employees? Customer service has completely depleted since opening day. I have been coming to this location since opening day, and I am so appalled with the downfall of this place. I came to the window to order their cotton candy crunch because I saw it online. When i said this, the employee just looked at me like I was the most incompetent person they’ve come across. They corrected me by suggesting the blue razz crunch, but I replied with a request to substitute the blue razz with cotton candy. The girl at the window pretty much gave up and said she can’t do that for me because its not on their menu. I asked if there is any possible way they can do that for me, and she looks at me and says “no? , you have to get something else.” Since when did the employees become so useless and rude? I used to hold this place high for their quick service, and amazing problem solving skills, however I will no longer be returning to this location due to the complete downfall in management.

We went opening day and have the best experience. It was raining and very busy. I was offered an umbrella while I waited in line. We ordered the Oreo mudslide and the grasshopper, and they were both delicious! The owners were checking on the customer orders and visiting with people in line, and they were so friendly and kind. We highly recommend you try it.

I’ve been here a few times now, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. I’ve tried the cherry, the pina colada, and the grasshopper jelati. All of them have been amazing, but hands down, the grasshopper was my favorite! They have actual coconut in the pina colada ice which I didn’t care for, but that’s because I’m not a coconut fan. The flavor was great otherwise. I highly highly recommend this place and I will definitely be returning!!

I must say, I am addicted to this place! The ice is soft and refreshing. The flavors are intense and detectable, you definitely will not be disappointed. I have visited this location on multiple occasions and each time, I try a different flavor. Bahama Freeze is my favorite but, I love them ALL! The staff is amazingly courteous and although it’s always busy, the line moves fast. There’s no indoor service but there’s tables under the canopy where you can sit and enjoy a cool treat outdoors. The big fans keeps the air moving for an enjoyable experience.

Jeremiah’s Italian Ice is AMAZING! Everything on the menu is so refreshing and full of flavor. The Italian ice is always smooth and tasty —you can’t go wrong with any flavor. The ice cream sandwiches are fun and delicious, and their Jelati cakes and quart-size treats are great for sharing (or keeping all to yourself!). The staff is extremely friendly, and the service is always prompt. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m craving something sweet and cool. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend went to Jeremiah’s today to get a sweet treat because she’s been having a really hard couple weeks and she just wanted to enjoy her treat and relax. When we got back to the house from running around we had realized we were missing our card, and retraced our steps where it had became apparent that the worker that served us didn’t give us our card back. This scare shouldn’t have happened and shows the incompetence of staff at this location.

We were excited to learn that Jeremiah’s Ice had made it to Gonzales as we love it when visiting Florida.
It’s always a favorite when in Baton Rouge as there are a few locations that are great.
Yesterday was their first day…they started extremely slow.
Opening was at 12:00 and looks like they got started at 12:00…most employees are there early in prep for an opening of a business.
Took 45 min total to get my order. Usually takes about 10-15 min max at other locations.
Italian ice melted on the way home—drive is like 10 min. I usually order the cake batter Flavorite…they put chocolate Italian ice at the bottom. It does not come with any chocolate.
Like I said it’s new to Gonzales but not new to Louisiana. Just expected it to be a good experience as it is great in Baton Rouge.

Wanted a ice-cream cone so bad. First time getting it and since no other place has swirled ice cream that definitely was my choice. I seen small and medium size and was shocked when I ordered the small is was 6 gorgeous swirls of deliciousness!!!! Def getting it again!
